Bank of America

Worst service Imaginable, I have been to many BOFA banks cash my work checks. Come to this bank and they tell me they can’t cash my check thier service is down all of a sudden, everyone else is getting thier checks cashed. Last time I will ever come 5o this location!!!

I love the customer service at this location. I always seem to get Claudia Who is the sweetest and most efficient bank teller I have ever dealt with. She is a bubbly pleasure every time. Even when she has a bit of a cold like today. Claudia has a bright future ahead! Thanks Claudia!

i LUV LUV LUV this BofA! IT IS THE BEST!!! I am not a fan of Bank of America lately… I have recently switched a lot of my personal accounts to US Bank (I like them a lot so far) HOWEVER, THIS BofA is EXCELLENT!!! The ONLY one I go to is this Porter Ranch Branch!!! My merchant account is still with BofA, so I still make my deposits at BofA. So the only one I don’t dread to come to is this branch! THIS BRANCH IS AWESOME!!! The customer service is better than any other I’ve been to!!! :) The manager there (FRANK) is AWESOME!!! two thumbs up!!! He is soooo great and his staff is amazing!!! Jonny took good care of me and makes my visit pleasant and quick, stephanie is super sweet, and there is another young lady in the merchant section who is sooooo good! I don’t know her name, but I am picky about the way I like my receipts, and I usually have to tell the teller EVERY TIME I come how I like it, even if I came the day before… well this young lady REMEMBERED without me even telling her!!! And I didnt come to her for over a couple weeks! Great memory and sweet spirit! Such a JOY! :) I know that not only Frank, but the other managers must be amazing too because of the way everyone at this bank handles customer service in the BEST WAY I’ve ever seen in all my years of dealing with a bank! Again, thank you FRANK!!! Thanks Jonny and Stephanie, and all the others! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! :)))))

Terrible customer service for a small business. Manager did not want to meet and never made the promised call the following day.
