OMG! Spectacular! I’m working my way through each of the different types of sausage they make, And the guys who make it are just delightfully fun to talk to if you meet them at the farmers market. It is pricey but you would expect it to be; Worth every penny

If you like sausage, you need to check this place out. You can also find them at local farmers’ markets, but if you head out here during a work day you can get a tasty take-​out hot lunch. Yum!

Dante’s Inferno Update: If you love flavor and HEAT, you’ll love this sausage. A perfect blend of the two. I’ll have to pickup some of the spicy mustard they sell in-​house. I had it on The Santana and it would have set this sausage off perfectly. I think The Greek and The Bacon Blue Cheese are my next victims. «I’m addicted to Youz Guys Sausage!» T-​shirt idea? LOL!
