Bridgett and the Organic Gypsy team catered our wedding on October 17, 2015. Both Bridgett and her staff were fabulous! They were helpful and easy to work with — we also really appreciated the level of professionalism they brought with them that evening. Our guests enjoyed the unique experience of walking up to the food truck for dinner! Bridgett and her team provided stationary appetizers during the cocktail hour and two entrée options served out of the food truck for dinner. The dinner lines went very smoothly — no issues at all! AND — last, but certainly not least, we all really enjoyed the food! Thanks again for a great evening, Bridgett!

YUM! I hired The Organic Gypsy to cater snacks during the cocktail hour at my wedding. Everything was perfect — delicious food, friendly staff and adorable display(the photos prove it!). I’ve visited the truck a few times, and have never been disappointed. The thing I appreciate about Bridgett and her staff is the professionalism(we planned at length where the truck would be at the wedding, timeline for arrival serving, etc.) and great attitude they bring every day. I’m sure there were hiccups that day, but I never knew it! I would go back and hire the Gypsy over & over again!

I had Organic Gypsy when it was catered to a conference I attended. We got 2 days of lunch from the Gypsy. The first day was 20 minutes late which wasn’t a good sign. The menu was sandwiches and a pesto pasta salad the first day while the second day was again sandwiches and black bean/tomato soup. I would not choose to eat this food again. The veggie sandwiches either day were nothing to brag about; head lettuce(which is cheap and has no nutritional value), yellow and orange peppers, and cheese. The bread was the best part! The soup that was served the second day was so spicy that over half the people at the conference couldn’t eat it. Also on the second day, meat eaters had the option of either getting a half sand which with their soup or a roll. I’m not sure if this was the idea of the conference or the Gypsy but it didn’t work. Everyone chose/wanted a sand which with their soup and not a roll so the sandwiches ran out and the conference had to go down to Hardings and get a sand which platter. I’m all for supporting local and organic businesses but I wouldn’t use this food truck for catering this large of a party.

The Organic Gypsy’s food truck was in Baroda this past weekend at the first annual Party on the Pavers. My mom and I grabbed some spring rolls right when we got there, and luckily we did, because that item sold out. DELISH. Fresh, cool treat on a muggy day, and scrumptious dipping sauce. Nutty, spicy. YUM. We shared the sliders, too, with sides of potato and kale. Flavorful, well seasoned new potatoes were on the plate with kale that had a chip-like feel, but according to Bridgett, who was a one girl show in the food truck, it had been sauteed in olive oil, then quickly steamed. I enjoyed talking to her about her food nearly as much as I enjoyed the food. I was able to take away a growler filled with strawberry kombucha. My mom and I huddled under the awning in a brief downpour, sharing a plate. First encountered Organic Gypsy a year ago in Three Oaks. Come back soon, Organic Gypsy!!!

The tacos with mango habenero sauce are perfect. The spring rolls and almond dipping sauce are to die for. All of the food was AMAZING, but the friendliness of the staff was even better!

Bland, overpriced, no bueno. The veggie sliders were pretty gross and tasteless with yogurt sauce. I won’t bother again.

I die for The Organic Gypsy’s Granola and even sent my whole family and boyfriend’s family a bag. It’s delicious! Recently, I had her Caramel Popcorn and insanely good! I love that the ingredients are fresh, local, and well thought out. Bridgett is bubbly and very excited about what she has created. And she should be. In a world of potato chips and french fries she is doing her part to bring good, healthy food to people. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I have nothing but great things to say about The Organic Gypsy’s food truck. She features organic food and uses fresh ingredients from local farms. I am amazed at the different recipes she uses and the combination of ingredients. Everything I have tried is delicious. Anytime I attend an event that The Organic Gypsy is at I know I will be able to get fresh food that is good for me. I tried her organic popcorn, and was amazed it was all organic. I can’t wait to try her caramel corn. It is so refreshing to have a restauranteur that put so much thought into her products and has such healthy options. I am floored by the variety of food one can encounter at The Organic Gypsy’s truck at an event. I definitely recommend The Organic Gypsy to everyone. Make it a point to try her food!
