T&S Island Jerk

I’ve lived in Port St Lucie for over two years, and was not aware of this place until recently. My loss. I stopped in for lunch today, and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful food. I had the small dinner plate of oxtails, rice and peas, and coleslaw. The food was wonderful. The meat fell right off the bone, the rice and peas were flavorful, and the coleslaw was crisp and refreshing. I can’t wait to go back to try the curry goat and jerk chicken.

Moved to PSL from Miami area and I’m glad I found this hidden gem! If you like Oxtail, Jerk, Jamaican Patties and other Jamaican favorites this is a must stop. I’ve picked up food from here regularly now and it is always on point! If you have a sweet tooth try the coconut cake which is amazing!

I have passed by this little gem a hundred times since it opened and I kept telling my self one of these days I’m gong to go. I am so glad I finally did tonight and I’m mad as myself that I haven’t been by sooner. The jerk chicken was great! Moist, tender, well seasoned, and just spicy enough for me. I can handle a lot spice and this chicken was spot on. The rice and peas were also very good and piping hot. The little side of slaw was great. It was crisp and refreshing and the ideal palate cleanser in between the spicy chicken and rice and peas. I got 1 spicy and 1 mild patty. I really couldn’t tell the difference between to two spice levels. They were very tasty. The have. Variety of beverages to choose from (ginger beer, kola, ting, etc…). I will definitely be returning to try some more food!
1÷16÷16− picked up some dinner for the fam. Tonight and got the curry goat (first time) and jerk chicken. Jerk chicken was delish as usual and I tried the curry goat. The goat was fantastic. It was so tender and flavorful. I will definitely be getting it again!

Stopped in to have the Jerk chicken thinking it would be superb given the name. But it was NOT! anyone who thinks this is good has not have had real Jerk chicken. Terrible service with a side of Attitude. If you want good Jerk chicken go to Jimmy’s off US.1.

Great jerk and ox tail was superb. Customer service was good as well. Clean place. Great food.

Im a New Yorker and there is so many good authentic Jamaican restaurants but I must say that this place hands down is the best place on treasure coast. Its like they picked up the building the people and the food and brought it here from the Island. So if you want great Island food T&S Island Jerk is the place.

I’ve been to this little jewel four times now. First time I had curried goat second time I had stew brown chicken third time I had jerk pork and last time I had oxtail stew. Each one was as good or better than the next. I love this place and will try everything on the menu! I live in Palm city but it’s worth the drive!

Amazing food and staff! Jerk chicken and curry goat were delicious. Will definitely be back.
