I always order the grill salmon to go… Usually cooked perfectly. Tonight it was overcooked :-((
Recommendation: Restaurant needs designated parking for To Go Orders. Need to make it convenient.

Besides waiting 15 minutes to ever see our server (Briana I think the host said), the food came out timely and correctly. The steak was cooked properly and had enough flavor to not need any steak sauce. Our drinks were filled promptly and we had no issues. Will probably come back :)

Dear God. Please stay away. It was once just an ok place. But now. Just awful.
I usually give places two or a three time visit.
Was there last Wens for lunch, and I had them take back my grilled chicken avocado flatbread away.
I NEVER do that. But the chicken was as dry as jerky, the few pieces there were. Yellow tomato and as dry as a bone flatbread.
And unfortunately we stopped by today (since nothing else was close)
My Husband had a wedge salad with steak/​blue cheese and I ordered a burger.
After waiting a hour and complaining about that.
It was delivered. AWFUL. My husband never complains. But the steak was uncuttable (sp??)
And the burger was a frozen patty cooked to oblivion.
Please go anywhere else than here.

We came on a Saturday for lunch, it was not busy at all, we had zero wait to get seated. It was downhill from there. Waited over an hour after we placed our order to receive the food, sat without refills for an extended period of time, the food finally came out and was mediocre at best.
We then waited and waited and waited for condiments that we requested, again with no refills, once we completed our lunch we waited roughly another 20mins before our waitress decided to come to the table to ask about checks.
Do not recommend…

Service and quality of the food every good. Our issue was on my Rib Eye steak and our Cesar salads the amount of black pepper that was used was outrageous. They need to slow the chef down a bit with a heavy hand for salt and pepper.

We went there two Sunday’s ago as a family, My mother in law wanted me to write this review, usually they LOVE LOVE LOVE coming here, but this time, their steaks were horrible, it was like leather, and they usually rave about the steaks. The service was not good, and the portions were so small, not worth the money. My husband got like 10 fries with his meal!!! We had four people and they brought 3 jalapeño poppers as the appetizer… that is just crazy.

I typically never eat a chains restaurants. This place reminded me why. One of the worst steak places I’ve been to! Had to send back my ribeye. I asked for medium and it was cooked through and through. The second one was the same. Never again! The waitress was great the meal wasn’t worth it!

We had a lovely waitress. The meal starts off with a warm, crusty loaf of honey wheat bread. It was delicious. My husband ordered the kettle chips. They were super yummy. Thick cut potato, kettle cooked, served with a side of ancho-​chile dip. Both of my girls had kids chicken tenders (fried). They ate it all up. Very hearty portions! One had broccoli and one had French fries. They both enjoyed a side of ranch, which was like a creamy garlic ranch! It was superb! I also had this on my salad which came with mine and my husbands meals. My husband had Caesar salad. He loved it! I had the Napa Grilled Chicken. It was very very good! It came with a loaded baked potato. My husband had the 11 oz. ribeye, also with a loaded BP! He ate every bite. All in all in was a great meal with excellent service!

Consistent. And that is a not a bad thing. It is a steak house and every time I have eaten here my choice of steak is prepared and cooked to how I asked. My less red meatcentric family likes the chicken dishes. My wife had the same thing (chicken with spinach and feta) on the last two visits and said it was excellent both times. My daughter had the strawberry chicken salad and enjoyed it. Drink prices are very reasonable. We will come back!

I love the food of course. Our waitress was awesome, the service was a bit in the slow side and she was apologetic for it being slow and yet as at tentative as possible. I recommend this location. Only thing that sucks there was little kids screaming and running around which was kind of annoying and gave me a headache when they would do that high pitch annoying scream. And of course the manager or staff don’t tell them to control their kids.

Dinner for two for $ 19.95 you share I appetizer or dessert and the chocolate stampede is amazing. I’m really sorry I didn’t take a picture before I ate it but it was too good. Seven entrées to choose from on there all look delicious.

Services was awesome! I called ahead and 50 minutes wait, so they put my name on list and we left house about 15 minutes before time and only waited 5 minutes before seated. Food was cooked as we ordered, not one problem with anything. Very nice, and love the call ahead option.

Nice immaculate restaurant. Great service from Kathy our waitress. As usual when dining at Longhorn, food is delicious & cooked to your desire. I had the $ 12.99 steak with nice salad & sweet potato. Husband had the winter brie salad & enjoyed it as well. How can you go wrong!

This isn’t a review of the food, the service was an absolute surprise. Lorna was our server and we could not have asked for better service, I can’t even imagine anything she could have done better. We have a toddler, so sometimes eating out is less than fun. Lorna was so attentive and quick that our boy didn’t even have time to get bored.

Sorry to write this review. But this simply has to do with the Restaurant not willing to accommodate a party of 16. There were numerous opportunities to serve our Party. They seated numerous couples that came after we were waiting. The Manager showed NO willingness to seat us after waiting 30 minutes. The Staff didn’t really care that 16 people walked out to go eat at Olive Garden, who bent over backwards to serve us!

First munch… the Pretzel Sticks and Cheese Dip. Yum!
Then onto the Flo’s Filet– medium rare plus. Oh boy!
We had an incredible server and an incredible time. We eat at one of the two Long Horns in our area fairly regular and have always enjoyed our meals. The Flo’s Filet is a must. We really don’t eat much of anything else although we have over the years. We would recommend this chain to anyone.

Overall the experience didn’t go as well as i’d prefer.
To begin with, the hostess was rude, sat our party at a dirty table, the waitress gave minimum service and didn’t care to give attention to any of us other then taking the order and leaving. The bread that was given to us, was cold, she took away plates that guests were not finished with, and only brought drinks to us upon countless requests. Horrible service all around.
