Open 10am till 2pm Saturday? Well here I am on a Saturday at 11:15am and nobody is here! #ghosttown

If I could give them ZERO OR NEGATIVE stars I would. I brought in a dress last week and specified that I NEEDED IT DONE by Wednesday. So the lady took my phone number down, took down the date, and said it would be done. I didn’t come on Wednesday, I came on Thursday (one extra day!!) to pick up my dress.
I get there and all she says is «we got busy and couldn’t get to it.» I asked when the soonest was that they could finish it and she said tomorrow afternoon. Two days after I needed it done! So I was going out of town that night (I couldn’t wait until tomorrow and I already waited an extra day) and she says «this isn’t something you can sit and wait for, do you want the dress back?». I was so angry I just took my broken dress and left! Talk about unprofessional! She had my phone number and an extra day. I am so nice and understanding but I specified I NEEDED it by Wednesday. I didn’t think I needed to check in with them to make sure it was done. evidently my business isn’t as important to them as other individuals so I’ll never be walking through there again!

The best customer service! I procrastinate when it comes to updating my uniforms but am always able to get my uniforms back from San Jose Embroidery before the deadline. They are fast, friendly, and professional.

My husband is active duty Navy. He’s been frequenting this shop for 7 years. The service is top notch. We’ve had uniform patches put on, stripes added, alterations, hemming… the works. All items have always been beautifully completed. The best part? They work quickly. When you go inside you will see tons of uniforms that are ready to be picked up. Ms. San Jose and her ladies are polite, nice, and very accomodating. We are moving out of state this weekend. Our last business was concluded Thursday when I picked up the dress pants my son would be wearing to his high school graduation. They needed hemmed and, as usual, the work was flawless. Thank you for providing such great service.
They are located right outside the Pleasant Valley gate of the Naval Base. It’s on the corner. When you go inside you won’t see anything fancy, but you will see a thriving, popular business.
