Number One Chinese Restaurant

The food is great! I’m a regular customer and the staff is always nice! I would highly recommend this place if you want quick and delicious Chinese food. ⁵⁄₅ would Dumpling money again

I’ve been coming here less often since my surgery. I keep to what i like. I always get the chicken broccoli combo. It has since gone up in price but that ok. i find the broccoli very soft to eat and the chicken is a ok. the dumplings and fried bananas are ok too.

Number One Chinese is an A-​OK little eat-​in /​takeout just down the street from the shopping center and movie. There’s free parking nearby. The food is typical and inexpensive. If you’re eating in, you order and pay at the counter, then you sit down and they bring out your food on actual plates not disposable, how nice: D And they have sriracha, a plus.

Food taste fairly decent BUT…
The food actually taste pretty decent for a neighborhood restaurant compared to others chinese restaurants in the area. The price is also very moderate. It would be a good place to recommend UNFORTUNATELY, I found hair in my food on TWO seperate occasions, smh. The first time it occured, I actually sat in the restaurant to eat while waiting for my train when I noticed the dark strand of hair. I quickly went to the desk and pointed it out to the young guy at the counter. Instead of apologizing, he quickly said it was not his hair, which was grown out to medium length. With my hair pinned up, I know it definitely was not mines. At my request, he gave me a fresh order of rice. After this experience I was very reluctant to go back & probably should’ve followed my mind. Today (almost a year later), however, I decided to give them the benefit of doubt since my daughter wanted some wings & fried rice only to find not one strand but TWO strands of dark hair in my food! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! It doesn’t matter how good the taste or moderate the price, customers health should not be compromised by unsantiary practices, especially when hair nets are extremely cheap to purchase! Personally I WILL NEVER RETURN OR ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. It’s just not right.
