Sad to have just another dishonest parts department. Got the key ignition replaced in our vehicle with just another broken one. Just barely two weeks past the warranty and it breaks again and Price Ford just says sorry but it’s past the warranty but we have upgraded parts for that now. So because you didn’t have a good part to begin with I now how to pay you another $ 400 for something I thought you had fixed before? I wonder how many«new» parts you have after the 2nd or 3rd time one breaks. It makes me sad that in this small hardworking town there are rich business owners trying to take advantage of us.

LOVEPRICEFORD!!! I just bought my dream car! A sweet 2015 Ford Focus ST! My salesman DAVE was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The managers and the finance department were great! They all helped guide me to the right payments in the car I WANTED. Not what they wanted me to buy. I would recommend PRICEFORD to anyone looking for a new or pre owned vehicle. I did get a response from the General Sales Manager. I explained in more detail about my experience with the Parts department. Hopefully my recommendations do not fall on deaf ears. People have a lot of choices in the auto industry… parts are WIDELY available online, so a crappy parts department can easily be ignored. Hopefully it gets better here at Price Ford!
