More expensive than some flooring stores. But, great customer service from pre-​purchase to installation! Even stored my carpet for months while I finished remodeling project. We dealt with Dean, the Manager at the Sequim store, who happened to be working a sale at the P. A. store, but he followed the project through to the end. He was simply GREAT!
