I dropped my phone at the publix near there and thank god we saw that store. The people were very nice and they fixed my cracked screen in 20 minutes and it was honestly better than when I first got the phone.

I had my iPad and iPhone 5 repaired here last week. The iPad screen broke within 5 days; the Apple Genius Bar said it was installed too tightly, which caused the screen to crack under stress around the edges. The iPhone 5 screen was poorly installed, and it sticks out. 0 – 2. I would avoid these guys.

I have never had nicer, more fast, more just generally amazing tech-​support in mind tire life. iRepairFast is the pinnacle of what every tech-​support company strives to be.

I can’t say enough good things about iRepairFast. The people are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices are very fair. Everyone I know who has used them loves them. It’s hard to get excited about computer repair, but in this case, it’s well deserved. Don’t know what I’d do without them in PVB.

I have to say they are beyond great. 2 hacked laptops and 1 desktop fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. A tablet glass broken in the mail when it was mailed back to me after a vacation replaced in a couple of days. The service is fantastic and you have professionals that work with you to restore your devices and data without you feeling like you are an idiot for being hacked or breaking your glass via the UPS. Not like your wife saying «I told you so».

First class service, delivered in a first class way. Lucas and his team stay ahead of technology, thus making them the ideal team to tackle any technological issue. Although their specialty seems to be apple products, they can handle the gambit of one’s tech needs. They also give the best prices for one’s Apple products if you’re looking to sell!

I had an issue with a recently replaced iPad screen. After initial complaint, the owner, personally contacted me to resolve. He showed genuine concern, heard what I had to say, and made things right.

I have a houseful of iphones, iPads, laptops, and macbooks. I have used irepairfast no less than 5 times in the past 6 months alone.
I have always received excellent service, professionalism and never a delay on the repairs. The longest i had to wait for a repair was 4 days due to severe water damage and during that time irepairfast provided me with a loaner iPhone that they set up for me with my contacts, etc. so I was not in any way inconvenienced.
I have never had a problem getting in touch with irepairfast, they make it very convenient to contact them via text, facebook, phone and if I have had to leave a message they have returned my call within the hour.
I highly recommend using irepairfast, Lucas and his staff provide great customer service and stand behind their services and product.

My wife had a cracked iPad and we went in to get it fixed. The first time we took it in it took a week to get it fixed. within a few days after we got it back the screen was glitching out. When we took it back the owner was very defensive and quipped «that’s why we have a 1 year warranty soooo» It took 3 visits and almost a month to get it right. Never apologetic, never sympathetic to the inconvenience.
I thought well maybe this guy just had a bad day. My iPhone 5 cracked last week and I decided to give him a 2^nd chance and went by to get it repaired. I spoke to the owner again who went back to check his inventory who later said maybe he would be getting more inventory in later that day. I mentioned it was kind of difficult finding his hours of operation on his website as just an FYI and he got really defensive again and said «well I’m the owner and I open whenever i want» …Seriously??? Get your repairs elsewhere. You have been warned.
