This place never gets it right. I work 2 min away and have gone here 4 times figuring there just having a bad day. But they never get it right. Don’t use the drive through it takes over 15 min to get a coffee. And no its not just the one time, I’ve been 3 times to the drive through. I’ll be going elsewhere now.

So I was at the drive thru trying to order my coffee and the person taking my order didn’t understand my order I guess so her and what seems to me to be a guy in the background are fooling around saying idk what which I found super rude. I Used to work so I know how its like to tell a customer thet they cant do this or that. cant blame her much but still. let it slide. So many students come to starbucks to study and they buy a lot of drinks, food, and snacks. I THINKIT’S REDICULOUSTHAT I COULDNOTTAKE A SIMPLENAPTOGETMETHROUGHTHEDAY. Starbucks wouldnt make it if it wasnt for sleep deprived students like me. The first time I came here, I felt like nobody wanted to help me. They would just stare at me and walk past without asking if I needed help. ITISSOBADTHAT I AWKWARDLYWAITEDMORETHAN5MIN just to get someone to take my order. Train your people right. I would never train somebody to be so careless. I used to go to another starbucks in palm desert and they aaalways welcomed me, I was their number one customer, I have always ordered, but here I felt embarassed to order, like it was a crime, I cant even study there anymore bc the workers were so rude about it. And I get it. I used to work and check the reviews and would say these people are crazy… but literrally this starbucks is a fricken joke. The place is also too dark it should have took advantage of the window space where someone can look outside. Its definitly uncomfortable. This Starbucks location is an absolute joke! I would give them zero stars if it was possible. Everytime I come here, especially during morning shifts my drinks are made wrong. Yesterday was no exception. I ordered a venti iced SOY salted caramel white mocha, oh surprise! It was made with whole milk. The new girl working mornings can’t EVER get a drink correct. Oh you wanted two venti iced soy chais with caramel drizzled along the inside of the cup? Let me dump half of the caramel container into the cup. Also she missed the key words«TWO» & «both» when I got to the window she rang me up for five something. Caramel was also on the outside of the cup? SLOPPY much! Those two drinks were inedible. If any employee disagrees remake it & try to drink it yourself. I didn’t ask for two upside down caramel macchiatos. Another offense includes two venti soy salted caramel white mocha frappes. One was supposed to be crème [no coffee] & one with. Surprise! Both had no coffee. Asked if I wanted whip, didn’t come with whip! A venti iced soy salted caramel white mocha without the caramel salted whip topping is a venti iced soy white mocha. Have also ordered soy iced zebras that have been made with whole milk. This location thinks that because the order is correct on the screen & label that customers that come to Starbucks everyday won’t know? It’s evident in color & taste & I’m sick & tired of wasting my money Rio Rancho Starbucks. I will no longer waste my time endlessly waiting in your drive through. If I’m paying $ 6-$ 20 dollars on drinks & paninis in one trip GETITRIGHT. I used to go out of my way to come here not anymore. I was boycotting this location since the last 5 mishaps & I gave them another chance yesterday — MYMISTAKE. Never again. I’m breaking up with you & your measly free drink you offered me when I called yesterday? Is nothing — I wouldn’t even care if you comped me for the last seven. I will be taking my business to the Temple location, the Mission location & if I’m in serious need of a drive through I will be going out of my way to Garey.

Really great establishment here at this Starbucks in Rio Rancho road, the employees are so friendly and nice, their customer service game is no joke. At least, every time I come in. They don’t waste a moment to get you what you need and out the next couple minutes because just like everyone else they understand you have somewhere to be and spared a little time to get your daily dose of caffeine to make your day just right.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks in the world!!! I’ve been to this one numerous times because, it’s the closest one to my work… it doesn’t matter, if you go inside, through the drive thru, if there’s 10 people a head of you, no one ahead of you, they take forever!!! All I order is a classic green tea(no water, no sweetener) they don’t have to shake it, they don’t even have to add ice to it, all they have to do is pour it into a freakin cup and, still it always takes about 15 – 20 minutes, even if there is no one here something always manages to slow them down. The positive is the employees are friendly… they just need to put a little hustle in it.

So I’ve been to this Starbucks plenty of times cause it’s conveniently close to home and has a drive through! On my last visit to this location I was very unhappy with their service! I ordered my grande Java frap with peppermint and a grande strawberry water for my daughter, when the order taker gave me my total over the speaker in the drive thru, it seemed a bit high, I took a look at the screen and they we’re charging me $ 2 and change for a tea instead of a strawberry water, when I questioned it, she replied«that’s how we have to charge you for a strawberry water». My response to her was, I was just at this same location the night before and they charged me 60 cents(the normal price) so why are you over charging me, she replied with the same answer! So I said I wanna speak to your manger at the window!!! After waiting 15 mins in line(only 2 cars ahead of me) the order taker gave me my total again and I asked for the manager, she said over her headset«she wants to talk to you» another young lady(I think she said her name was Tricia) came around the corner and asked«how can I help you» I explained that I was just there the night before and ordered the same thing, so why were they over charging me now? Her response was that the girl working the night before was new and didn’t know that their store manager wants them to charge a higher fee for a cup of water with the strawberry juice/syrup they use, instead of the normal price of 60 cents!!! If I’m buying a tea then yes I should pay the price of a tea!!! I’ve decided to take my business to the another location near by that charges the correct price and I even have to get off and go into the store which I don’t mind at all!!! It’s worth it, they have awesome customer service too!!! I should have learned when I waited in line for 30 mins with 4 cars ahead of me at this same location a couple of months ago, they didn’t even apologize for the long wait!!! I think this location needs to work on their customer service, it’s not where it should be, good luck to this store!!!

This Starbucks location is cool and all, but the guy that works in the drive through drives me crazy!!! I always have to repeat my order twice because he has listening issues. To go further with that, I told him I had a free drink because I have the gold card. He didn’t hear that and charged me for it! I then told him again then I had a free drink available. Finally he got it and LISTENED! Surprising. I was so annoyed! Like don’t annoy me this early in the morning. He also kept giving me the wrong drink/food after I paid. Hello you should have it on your order screen. He’s just super unprofesh and seems like he doesn’t want to be working there. Leave dude! We will all be happy.

Great customer service. Mornings I can be a bitch sometimes before my coffee lol but regardless they are patient with me. The staff is really sweet, I usually get the same drink and before I can order they already know my order lol. I am a loyal customer at this location and will continue to be due to the amazing customer service. Thanks for all you do guys !

I come here quite a bit to study. The servers are always nice and make me feel welcomed. I’ve never had any bad experiences here. Sometimes there is no indoor seating and it sucks but normally it isn’t too bad when I stop by. There is no reason why I wouldn’t keep coming back
