Top That! Donuts

Been here twice and they have such delicious donuts! I am not a donut lover, usually go for ice cream, but I absolutely love Top That’s donuts! The donut is soft and a little crunchy on the outside. The toppings are put on delicately so they don’t drown the donut. Definitely give it a try if/​when you’re in the area!

First time there today and I wonder what took us so long to get there. Fun concept, fantastic choices and absolutely delicious donuts. We’re hooked!

WOW! WOW! WOW! You guys nailed it! Service and quality are THE BEST. I love the fact that all donuts are made to order and we get them hot. Everything is made right in front of you and tastes sensational. The girls who work there are always smiling and saying hello when we walk in.
I recommend you to all of my friends. THIS IS NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO MISS!

What an amazing experience! We brought our active 2 year old here– they have a wonderful play area and small picnic tables for the little ones. Donuts were amazing! Light and not overly heavy — warm crispy melt in your mouth! Price was very reasonable for a fresh made product with outstanding quality! Highly recommend!

Fabulous. It’s important to note that the donut itself is a tasty standout, all on its own — the toppings are just delicious additions. As a whole, these donuts are winners. The fluffer nutter was my personal favorite.

You enter this place smelling of warm, fresh cake batter and it looks like a quaint place. Yummy donuts with lots of options ! A little bit of heaven in point pleasant

Excellent donuts — I had no idea they were supposed to taste this way! Cool place to take the kids and have a coffee. Staff was attentive and the interior is nicely designed. Would definitely recommend.

Down the shore for the weekend with friends, I really don’t want to have bagels for breakfast. I love donuts (check my reviews, I got the street cred) and go out of my way to find the best. Doco was a little far from where we were staying so that was off the list, but after struggling with the Unilocal app I found Top That! nearby.
I love donuts so much that I woke up early on a Saturday. While on vacation. Top That! did not disappoint. Their (small) parking lot was a boon; parking in Point Pleasant Beach can be a chore.
The staff was friendly and they were not busy so I could take my time making my selections. When I mis-​ordered (more than once… I struggle with so many options) my lovely cashier quickly and accurately changed my order. You can watch your donuts getting made in the DONUT ROBOT MARK II and then topped by hand.
Fresh donuts are a different from pre-​prepared. They’re lighter, more flavorful, and more satisfying (it’s science). All twelve got the thumbs up, but my favorite was the Nite Cap — the tart cranberry chutney cut through the sweeter, heavier flavors. The snickers wasn’t bad, but even though it had all the right components they don’t really taste like a snickers, more like a reese’s cup.

Top That donuts is the best donuts at the boardwalk. I love the idea of creating your own donuts. It’s my favorite place to get donuts.

I dont get what all of the hype is about this place. Do they have great doughnuts? Yes. Do they have awesome toppings? Yes.

This place is great came here last year couldn’t wait to go back the donuts are so good and fresh you can make your own or pick from a list the staff is super friendly Met the owner today great guy people stop reading this and go!!!

Wow. I was craving donuts and stopped in here after reading the great reviews on Unilocal.Omg. The donuts are so good! They are made to order, so they’re guaranteed fresh and hot. You can choose from a menu of their creations or make your own with many glazes, toppings and fillings to choose from. The place is clean, cute and the staff is friendly. What a treat! Will be back…

Such fresh and quality donuts! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Definitely not your average Dunkin donut. It actually taste like a real donut. I will totally be coming back to try their other specialty donuts!

Went there first thing when they opened. Had them make 2 dozen mixed donuts and they were phenomenal. What a great experience. The owner was so friendly as well as the whole staff was. They make incredible donuts. The entire office loved them. Will be back again

Love the ambition, and the idea of customizing your donuts. Excellent proposition. However, the donuts are limited to cake-​based donuts and exclusively sweet toppings (why not some savory exploration?), which turn these into belly bombs. Definitely not breakfast fare!

Continuing to eat our way through PPB. donuts were the AM snack. Parking is available, even on those busy summer mornings. Huge. A nice clean place, with 70 era chairs (new not from the 70s I think). I’m such a newb, confusion reigned, the young pleasant girl gently walked me through the menu. They have a picture menu. I ordered a cinnamon sugar and a glazed… oh boy so good. The cinnamon sugar was perfect, my favorite. Nice light cakey donut with a healthy dunk of sugary cinnamon. My wife also liked the cinnamon sugar.
I really think these are better then Doods in Tom’s river.
Now I have to say I am a professional donut eater. it’s due to my career path. it’s more then a stereotype.

Top That Donut is the best donut place I’ve ever been to! They’re always fresh! Flavorful, light, and fluffy! Highly recommend it!

We had no idea what we were walking into but we are so glad we did! This is a one of a kind experience! Warm and friendly staff and the doughnuts were amazingly fun and tasted delicious! They drop a fresh doughnut into the oil and then top it off however you want! We ordered a half dozen and especially the «Springsteen» and «Coco Joy»! We will definitely come back here over and over!

This place is amazing!!! The Donuts are so warm, moist and dripping with gooey deliciousness with any kind of glaze on them! I’d give it 100 stars if I could. The owner is super friendly! His shop is great for kids too and it’s very clean! If your near this place I highly recommend going. I called ahead of time because my bf and I were running late and we were afraid that we were going to get there and just miss them, so he stayed open a bit later for us. He was also kind enough to give us 2 free samples of the 2 main donuts sold at that store, and they were extremely delicious.

OMG!!! Great place. Approx 12 different flavored donuts, ice cream, coffee & tea. Made on premises. Very cute, homey feel. Give this place a try.
