A-Ok for a typical NJ Dunkin Donuts. This particular one was the closest to my(old) home before moving down south. Now that I’m up visiting family, it was only right to grab some coffee, kcups and give them my honest review. Service at most(Jersey) Dunkin Donuts is just plain cordial, civil, meh etc… you get the picture. No small talk, no smiles; just«we’ll get ya what ya want, pay us, thank you and go on your way». That’s fine. That’s what I’m used to. Coffee drinks are usually very inconsistent; they’re not Starbucks where every measurement is precise and uniform. If your drink is unsatisfactory, they will make it again for you. Don’t expect perfection. Brewed drip coffee with cream is a safe bet, but cream your own or you’ll either get too much or not enough. If they don’t have a «fix your own» station, say a Hail Mary. The donuts are mediocre; my favorite is butternut and only a couple of stores carry that one(Point Pleasant Beach does). In conclusion, I don’t «miss» Dunkin Donuts per se; I moved to the south in June and have been frequenting individual coffee shops and Starbucks more often. Krispy Kreme coffee is next on my list.
