Comparable to Coldstone Creamery franchises, in both the ice cream«mix-in» concept and the pricing. The name is deceiving… A place called Twist that doesn’t have soft serve. I went in for a cone, and got a sundae instead because all they had was hard ice cream. The ice cream was good though, it had solid flavor and consistency. They mix in the toppings with metal paddles on a frozen block, just like Coldstone. Each mix-in costs approx 70 cents, so a regular 2 scoop bowl of ice cream with a few toppings runs you about $ 6.00. Kinda pricy if you ask me compared to other local joints, but it has good flavor. No complaints on customer service, and the place is clean on both the inside and outside. There is a patio out front with tables for sitting down at, as well as a few tables inside. Bottom line: if you’re willing to pay top dollar for good ice cream, this is your place. I wouldn’t recommend for a family with kids though unless you are ok with dropping $ 30 on ice cream.

The service was great & put up with our requests to try lots of flavoes. I ended up with the raspberries & bananas on birthday cake ice cream. Very good.

Ice cream tastes like Maggie Moo’s, I.e. good! BUT, the customer service SUCKS. Different rules each time: this size included this last time but bit this time. Ice cream is getting smaller each time though… Stopped reward cards program, used to be able to get a regular size but today just small size only. Last Thursday we were here, the lady kept talking on the phone and playing with her iPad for the good 5 min when we first arrived. Maggie Moo, please come back! These new people are so unprofessional!!!

Checked this out with my daughter and some friends the other night. All the ice cream and sorbet are made by hand in house. Everyone loved their choices and we will be back very soon!

I was a big fan of Maggie Moo’s and I feel the ice cream has taken a step back since it switched over. They still have a lot of unique flavors, but I really also liked the low fat cake batter that Maggie Moo’s offered, and Twist does not make it. Boo. Prices are still just as high as MM’s, and kids like it all the same so we will continue to go back :) Oh, their cakes are very delicious! Highly recommend those.

Missed the Groupon deal. Tried using a Deal Chicken coupon and the owner claimed he didn’t know what it was. Guess it was a coincidence that the next day the site said 11 deals left but also had a sold out label over the deal. Now I’m trying to buy another online deal but decided to call and ask first. Nobody’s picking up the phone. Anyway, tasted several flavors and decided on the waffle cone. The ice cream is very good-creamy and looks like gelato, but its good ol homemade fresh ice cream. I know good ice cream. The butter pecan had no nuts, but is delicious. The vanilla was also delicious and that’s important because if you can’t make good vanilla you can’t make good ice cream in my book. They have lots of toppings and cones as well as cakes and ice cream sandwiches. I will definitely return. I took off a star because of the inconvenience of trying to get my money back for the deal they would not honor. But the fact that I bought something even after my deal voucher was rejected says alot for the product sold here.

Great ice cream! I heard about this place through a Groupon my girlfriend wanted to use. I love this place and I love that it’s right up the street from my apartment.
