If you sign up for the 6 month membership, it will continue on month to month. This information was not provided to me at the time of sign up and unfortunately I have been billed extra months without me knowing. They will refuse to reverse the charges even when no adjustments were made. In addition, in order to cancel the plan, you need to go into a location and cannot do it over the phone. Feels like a huge scam to me. I feel as though I was completely misinformed and now have to make an extra trip in order to cancel. Very poor customer service. Will not go back.

Thrilled that The Joint is so close to home. I always feel better after an adjustment and LOVE the convenience of being able to just walk in. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, if at all. Very affordable and effective.
