Generous, well-presented Greek salad. Nice fish and fries plate. Clam chowder tasty, but could have been served hotter. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere.

Went here for a birthday party. We were sat in the private room just as you enter the place. The service was great and so was the food. Seemed like a nice atmosphere at the bar area as well. Mostly high top tables but that doesn’t bother me. Would go back again for sure!

Tuesday night jazz, great drinks, awesome service, delicious dinner!!! We love the truffle fries. They have a nice variety of dishes. Yummy pasta. I have been there about 5 times over the years and never had a bad meal. Recommended!

Love this place! Used a group on and they made it so easy! Love that! Food was delicious! Bartender was great! She didn’t rush us and gave us great service! Thank you Martini’s! We will be back soon!

Ate hear on a Friday night on the way to the Cape. Though it was busy, we got right in. The Host was friendly and welcoming. The waitress was knowledgeable and attentive. The restaurant was conveniently located on the main drag in Plymouth. I had Steak Diane and it was very good. My wife had the swordfish and she liked it very much. Overall a great experience. Real value as well.

For whatever reason, this does not show up when you search for vegan-friendly restaurants in the Plymouth area! I’m glad we took to reading menus and not just internet searching. Their vegan selections are not extensive but the vegan in our group said that the vegan ravioli was amazing. I’m leaving this review solely in the hopes it helps someone else uncover this restaurant as a vegan-friendly option. We booked a table for a large party and they were accommodating and courteous. They were prompt with the bread and food, kept our water glasses full, and everyone raved about their meal. And yes, they are on the pricey side but $ 22 for lobster angel hair with two claws and a lobster tail seemed pretty good to me!

Not bad, not great — a solid 3 stars. Would I eat there again? Mmm, probably. Was it memorable and life changing? No. We decided to check out all places within walking distance from our temporary digs and this came up on the roster. I had a Plymouth Rock martini which basically meant that you could have served me anything on a plate and I’d have been tipsily happy. But overall my impression was that everything tasted of some kind of stock — chicken I think in the chowder… veal in my meal and my husband’s, making them virtually indistinguishable from one another in spite of completely different proteins(pork and poultry) and presentations. The manager was very attentive about where we were seated and our comfort level, but there did seem to be some confusion about which waitress was actually ours. And it would have been helpful if the first one had taken both of our drink orders at one time and not run off before my husband could spit out his request for a beer. We loved the open air dining — except when the bar emptied so everyone can run out front for a ciggie break. In general we found the place to be tolerable but loaded with contradiction — a charming and chatty waitress who only takes half a drink order — prettily plated food that tastes strangely all the same — lovely open air dining until the cigarettes all got lit and the blow back felt like we were in a 1980’s bar scene, gasping for air. We’d go back, but with situational awareness — know the wind direction before being seated near the open front windows/smoking area, for example.

I really wouldn’t go out of my way to eat at this place. Happens to be close to where I work so I have had some lunches here and dinner a couple times. Food is alright. Last time I was here I had Chicken Braciole which was nicely done, no complaints. Service is really slow though. They are terribly understaffed for lunch. It is bothersome that there is never anyone to greet you at the door. So you just sort of wander in and sit down without really being noticed. Hello?

Went to martinis for the first time today, nice location and atmosphere .The food was delicious and the the dr rinks were great, however the service was horrible. It wasn’t even crowded and no one got good service. Don’t think we will return which is a shame, but if staff is not interested in serving you, we will go elsewhere.

This place is awful! I can’t believe with all of the good restaurants in Plymouth that people would ever go here. The food is mediocre at best, same with the Martinis. The service is exceptionally slow. save your money and go elsewhere

My daughter and I had lunch her on April 10th. She had an awesome meal of sugared pecans over salmon with thin asparagus and very moist white rice. A 5 star meal. I however had the no taste lobster roll, that I had put on on greens. The greens were great, the tomatoes were very soft. The 8 to maybe 10 bites of lobster were fewer than I expected for the money, but it was so bland. We ended our meal with delicious coffee and a pour quality, freezer burned ice cream dessert that was rolled in gram crackers. Luckily they gave us a replacement cheesecake which was tiny and only fair.

I was going to give 2 stars, but the issues I had are common with a lot of people here and since they don’t seem to do anything about it they suffer. The first time I went here I felt I couldn’t fairly comment because the service was so poor I was frustrated. Had to wait to be seated even thought it was empty. Then had to wait every step of the way and ask for more drinks when ours were empty and we were just sitting there with nothing in front of us. But it was the dead of winter and cold out and I thought maybe they weren’t fully staffed. But just went back again and again had to wait to be seated even thought it was more than half empty. The person that seated us didn’t seem to have a care in the world either. This time we also ordered some of the specials because they looked good and thought they may be a little quicker to make them. But again sat and finished our drinks before app’s or anything else was out. The waitress saw we had nothing and didn’t offer more bread or ask about drinks just said she would check on our food. It soon came out and the quality, quantity and price just don’t all ad up. For what we got the prices are definitely out of line. We finished the meager app’s in no time at all and again just sat and waited. We noticed that the tables all around us same thing, mostly empty tables with people sitting and waiting. So don’t go here on a first date or with someone you cant carry on a lengthy conversation with. When the food did finally arrive it was very very average for quality and quantity but was somewhat pricey. Maybe in the summer when it is all tourists people will drop the money they are asking for the food but after my last visit here I think there are several problems and they have all the indicators and information what they are but they choose to ignore them. I also thought the drinks, all of them, wine, beer, martini’s and mixed drinks are Boston prices and this is not a Boston Establishment this is in the Burbs.

A friend and I decided to have lunch here at martinis due to a great groupon deal. I personally am not a wine person, but when I walked in I decided to give it a try. The bartender was extremely pleasant, I asked to try a wine and without hesitation, she opened a new bottle. Needless to say, i now have a go to wine. The steak tips were wonderful, I ordered medium rare and that just what I got. The marinade is amazing, and the steak sat on a bed of rice and asparagus. I will definitely come again.

The food was just ok — nothing special at all. But the service — horrible. The waitress forgot the clam chowder we ordered, screwed up the dressing on the salad, had us waiting for 25 minutes before we got bread, waited forever to get the bill, etc. — just seemed like she had other things she wanted to be doing!

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. First of all, we came to town for our anniversary weekend. We were looking forward to a lovely Sunday lunch before heading home. We arrived at 1PM and there was only one table occupied. We should have seen that as a sign. We sat down, and immediately noticed there were 5 or 6 flies buzzing around us. The waitress came over and told us that she opened the window to let one out, and several flew in. We had a few questions about the menu, and our waitress, who was young and rather ditzy, was unable to answer any of them. The only other server was the bartender, and she was stressed out due to the credit card machine going down, also unable to answer any menu questions. We ordered onion soup and house salads. It took about 35 minutes for our soup to arrive. We had to actually get up and go to the back of the house to find our waitress, to ask her to check on our soups, as she was very busy cleaning off menus, which was clearly more important than tending to the one table sha had. Meanwhile, the flies continued to buzz around us. We finally got our soups, which was actually pretty good, but at this point we were completely aggravated. We felt like we were on Candid Camera. After she took our soup bowls away, it took another 20 minutes for our salads to arrive. She screwed up the dressing on one, and I asked for a second dressing and she forgot to bring it. Again, I had to get up to find her. The salads were so bad! Giant hunks of iceberg lettuce with big rubbery tomatoes. The grilled chicken was good, so that was pretty much all we ate. When she came to take our plates, it was obvious that we only ate the chicken but she didn’t seem to notice. All the while, the flies continued to buzz around us. She said several times that she was sorry, and that the kitchen was really slow and that it was just«one of those bad days» we couldn’t get out of there fast enough and will NEVER be back!

Tried to find a nice place for late lunch and this restaurant seemed to fit the bill. We should have known when it smelled like a nail salon inside and were barely greeted to turn around! Food was mediocre at best and pricey. Service started out poor but did get better into the meal. I would not return here.

My family and I(six adults and a baby) went to Martini’s yesterday — a Sunday afternoon — for lunch. We called ahead and they had a table ready for us. We arrived around 3 pm, and other than a few people at the bar and one table of three, the restaurant was empty. Which made it difficult to understand why the service was so ridiculously slow and lackadaisical. We couldn’t believe it. Here’s a brief overview: — round of drinks: we waited for it for 20 minutes. One beer took close to 40 minutes because they had to change the tap. Beers were warm. — appetizers: 75 minutes. Main course arrived about five minutes later so there was no spacing between courses. Two burgers, ordered medium rare, were well done. The rest of the food was tasty. The server was very nice and clearly stressed by how long things were taking, but we often had to get up and track her down to order a drink or check on our food(or beg her for bread that never came). Despite the very long wait in a nearly empty restaurant, a manager never came over. Nothing was comped. It was a very sour end to a lovely weekend in Plymouth, and some basic consideration from the management would have gone a long way in improving the experience. A real shame.

Had the best experience this past Monday night! We were waited on by Jenn, who was so attentive and professional — serving close to 20 people! The chef put out top notch food we are still raving about! Can’t wait to go back, great job, thank you!

They now have vegan ravioli on their menu. Yae for Martinis! Nice décor, great food presentation and a live singer at night.
