I can’t say enough good things about Callahan Tile. They have a great selection, really helpful and knowledgeable people. Gale is great to work with, but she is busy and I found it best to have an appointment. We bought tile for our kitchen and fire place and they are beautiful! What a difference great tile makes. Also, we had extra sheets left over from the kitchen and Mike was great about giving us a refund for them. I will definitely use them again.

Callahan’s has a great selection, and the people working there are nice enough… but oh the delays I have had since my order was not fulfilled correctly! I am short on my kitchen tile and it is delaying my project by weeks! FRUSTRATED that no one at Callahan’s is stepping up to take care of this problem since it was their fault in the first place! This is the 3^rd delay in my kitchen and bathroom remodel due to issues with my tile order. I have used other tile places in the past with NO ISSUES. Needless to say, my next two bathroom remodels will not be using Callahan’s.

Like others have said, Gail is very helpful during the design process. The store has an overwhelming number of products, and she helps you wade through them to find the right product for your project. However, everything in the store seems to go through her, and she needs a helper! I have had trouble reaching her – or her calling me back with updates. Also, do not trust their delivery dates. This can be painful, as the installer usually blocks off time for you and any changes may result in an unbearable delay. As tile installation is near the tail end of a project, any delays are more than aggravating – especially after waiting for so long for everyone to finish their part of the project.

Wow, what a great experience after an initial stumble! I unsuccessfully tried to contact Callahan Tile & Stone via their webform, but Gail Callahan saw my review here, followed up with me, and has provided amazing customer service ever since. They had all three tile types we needed, offered the best prices I could find, and worked with me through the whole process as we finalized our order (including a last minute addition, and a small follow-​up order). The tile even arrived at their warehouse early, which was an added bonus.
Gail earned every bit of this five-​star review, and then some. We’d go back to Callahan Tile & Stone in a heartbeat. Many thanks!

I’m currently working on building my castle. So like, any good castle, it should definitely have, 1.) shark, crocodile, or rabid bear infested moat, 2.) at LEAST 500 servants doing inane things around the fortification, and 3.) the most important of them all, the finest of tile and stone to rest my delicate feet upon!
…Alright, maybe I don’t have a castle just yet, but that certainly doesn’t rule out the idea that I’m working on one or trying to engineer a bearshark to protect my aforementioned dream castle someday. Everyone has to start from somewhere, and that somewhere happens to be here!
My experience with Callahan Tile and stone was really quite enjoyable. Not only did they provide courteous, quick, and responsive service, but they were also extremely knowledgeable in the products that they had available for me to choose from.
Mrs. Gail Callahan helped me along the entire way despite the fact that I was extremely indecisive. I swear she must have all the patience in the world! In short, everyone here is very nice. Don’t believe the negative ratings. They definitely provide a high quality service and is a must «check-it-out-if-I’m-in-the-market-for-tile-or-stone-for-my-possibly-mega-cool-castle (house)» kind of a place. :)

Me and my wife were referred to Callahan Tile and Stone by my contractor and Gail helped me with a kitchen remodel. My overall experience was great! Mike is very knowledgeable on all of the products and Gail has an amazing eye for designs tailored for each customer. If you’re in the market for tile, I highly recommend this place!
