Target Stores

Went to Walmart in Antioch IL, looking for a crib and mattress Big mistake, for too many reasons to get into here.
Drove to Kenosha, WI to look for a crib. Found what we needed and rang the service bell to see if someone could get one from the back for us. We were met by Kaitlyn who cheerfully helped us. She explained to us that she would have the crib waiting for us in customer service with our name on it. She was delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. When we finished shopping, approximately 10 min. later, there it was. She came up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We waited a few short minutes and Matt in Customer Service rang us up. He was just as friendly, kidding around with us. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience, thanks to them. Target knows what customer satisfaction is all about.

I actually like this Target location. It’s big and I have found some unique items that I couldn’t find at the Waukegan or Gurnee locations. I’ve never personally had an issue with long lines or employees assisting me. I am not a big fan of the parking lot. It’s a little awkward parking and backing out of spaces.

When lines start to back up make sure the employees drop their tasks and attend to the customers. You’d be amazed how fast you could clear the customers when they are attended to in a smart and timely fashion. Tasks can wait. Employees need to be trained to identify when a backup is coming and how to quickly deal with it. Long lines are stressful for the guests as well as the cashiers. Now who wants MORE stress in their lives? NOBODY! It’s bad for Target guests and bad for Target employees. A few smart moves, better training and a conscientious approach to customer service and Target would be doing themselves a big favor. This applies to all stores because there are many stores that are exponentially worse than Target.

Shopping for i-​phone upgrade After horrible experience at Best Buy and finding the At&t store still closed at 10:30 on a Sunday we checked out Target on a whim. Could they sell us iphones? Yes and today on sale… great can you transfer our vitals from phone to phone… yes…SOLD:)…the experience was no muss no fuss our salesperson was Marcus very knowledgeable ond comforting. Target thank you and I will be back.

It’s pretty consistent with other Target stores. Be careful in the parking lot, though. The way it’s configured, there’s a near miss or two every time I’m there.
