Burger King

I know this is a franchise but can the company PLEASE take this one over!!! Probably theeeee worst BK I have ever went to! 1^st the employees are rude! 2^nd how do you only have ranch as a dipping sauce 3^rd instead of faking your drive thru times by asking me to pull forward then backward why don’t you actually prepare the food in a timely manner! I would love to see a smile once in a while and be told thank you vs being serviced by an arm out of a slightly cracked window. TERRIBLE

I’ve gone inside and used the drive thru on different occasions in this location. Both times the employees taking my order were rude, rushed me and ended up getting my order wrong.

Husband always get sick from this location, he won’t be going there anymore, what’s wrong with you guys?

Don’t do the drive thru if you on lunch the line is always long and you have about an hour wait. Well I guess that would guarantee your food will be hot… not!

This is consistently the worst BK I’ve ever been to. Every time we come here I vow not to return, but the kids sucker me because it’s the only burger place in the area with a playground. Next time I will remind them of this terrible visit and that the indoor playground doesn’t even have A/​C (their biggest complaint) and maybe then I’ll have my way!
The service is always bad. They fail at the simplest things, such as handing me my drink cup so I can fill it up while I wait for my order. This time they never bothered to give me a cup at all. I had to describe my order and show my receipt to get it.
Their ketchup dispenser was empty so I had to beg for ketchup. They only give you 1 sauce for a 10 pc nugget, which is an insult.
The cherry icee was malfunctioning so we had to get a soda instead. Lucky, they didn’t try to charge me the $ 0.89 difference or I would have given them an earful.
Today, for no apparent reason and without explanation, they served me my Chicken Parm Sandwich with YELLOW AMERICAN CHEESE instead of mozzarella. On top of that, the bun was nuked and the breading on the chicken tasted burned. It was inedible.
The Freestyle soda machine was out of every single Sprite and Fanta flavor, for both diet and regular. It’s Wednesday, seems a little early in the week to be low on stock?
And lastly, the indoor playground is crawling with ants.

Burger King is well Burger King, so as far as the food goes you know what to expect, but the customer service at this location is horrible. Too many staff members have an attitude and they are constantly running out of menu items.

Horrible service, slowest Burger King I ever been to. Every time the order is screwed up, it needs new management badly !!
