Was greeted with a smile and very friendly staff. Had the French Toast with 2 eggs on the side and an ice tea for $ 9. Food was ready in about 3 minutes. Found this place by accident when I was waiting for an early morning meeting. It’s in a warehouse area, but don’t let that fool you. The place was bright and clean. Will come back again if in this area, near Sunrise Blvd

Since the change in ownership, the food quality has definitely declined. It’s not horrible, but not worthy of 5 stars either. We still order, just not as regularly, and word around the office from everyone is that the quality of the food isn’t as good anymore.
Kind of a shame. Still worth checking out from time to time, but not what it used to be. For what it’s worth, everyone there seems very nice and the service has always been good.

Horrible service! Stopped there for a quick bite before going on a road trip. Waited about almost 30 mins for our food and the tables that came in after us got their food and ate. At first I assumed they ordered something less complicated to make so I patiently waited. Finally said something and turns out they lost our ticket!!! Left us sitting there staring back at them not even asking if we were ok. We should’ve just left but they make you pay first and we were starving! Got our food, and they forgot our fries but we had already been there for an hour and a half so we took it to go. So much for a quick lunch. The food was decent, not terrible. Definitely not good enough for me to go back. If you don’t go, you haven’t missed anything. They didn’t even seem sorry for losing our ticket and there was no compensation or anything.

Our office located in walking distance from this hidden place. We are very happy with the service and the quality of the food. Wish you guys a lot of success. American Steamers office.

This place is a joke ever since they change owners everything is terrible from service to food! The deliveries takes hours and EVERY TIME they get the orders mix up things missing or wrong ingredients on stuff. The owner doesn’t seem to be concern because when this problems are brought up to him he doesn’t really seem to care. The staff needs to be well trained because with the way it’s going there doors are gonna close very soon. So sad once this was my favorable place to order from.

Since the change of ownership the quality of the food and professionalism of staff has dropped so much we will never use them to cater another lunch for us. The sandwich platter was consisted of chicken so hard you had to use a knife to eat them the wraps were so soggy you couldn’t pick them up. The tomatoes were not ripe the lettuce wilted. It was so bad when we called to let them know we spoke to both new owners and the new manager it was a complete waste of time they simply didn’t care.

My office orders lunch from here at least 3 times a week. The food is fresh and innovative. The lettuce whether in salads or on sandwiches is crispy. Very nice people

Sorry it took so long to review. I ate here a couple of weeks ago for the first time. Small menu, which is nice. I had the Pork Belly Cuban sandwich and onion rings. Onion rings were pretty good. The Cuban, a little different than a traditional Cuban, as they add on banana peppers, which I love, and is pressed, but not crunchy like a traditional. But, It was really, really good. Watched some of the other dishes come out and they looked really good too. Really small hole in the wall in the warehouse business district. They do A LOT of take out. I will be back soon, maybe for another Cuban or to try something else. Breakfast looks good too. My service was good too.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible, from how slow they are delivering and the fact that they can never get an order correct. It’s sad that they have messed up delivery orders on MULTIPLE times. And god forbid you try and call and let them know about it, they are not so great with handling customer complaints and will get an attitude with you.

Once upon a time, not so long ago… our office building received menus from the East Coast Eatery. How our lives would change!
You can’t beat their sandwiches. Personally, I’ve had a philly, a gyro, and at least half a dozen parmesan crusted grilled cheese sandwiches (with tomato). I think, around our office we’ve probably ordered everything.
East Coast can do no wrong. I’ve never eaten in, but the delivery folks are always cheerful, the food is always fresh.
I should add we’ve also ordered breakfast… I’ll have to come back and add some details. ¹⁰⁄₁₀. Would order again.
