I’ve shopped many WHBM stores in various states. This one is one of my favorites. I love that it isn’t in a mall so I can run in and pick up that perfect outfit in no time. This store is well laid out and full of natural light which helps when clothes shopping. The staff at this store are very helpful and willing to look for anything in your size. The jewelry section isn’t as well laid out here as in other stores which is too bad because they have great pieces to showcase.

So strange, these comments. I go in this store several times a year(mostly in sweats) and the girls are always attentive, and for the woman who said their clothes are«meh,» at best? You can’t be serious? I get more compliments when I wear WHBM than anything else I have. I think your just resentful. Ladies, relax.

Love WHBM and have spent time at all three in the area. I like this one, as parking is easier than going to the mall in Frisco. Staff always very friendly, and when I had a problem with a return processed last week, I called and the terrific manager was able to fix it over the phone, saving me a trip. I was shocked to see the negative reviews on here, so I wanted to post that I’ve had many great experiences at this store.

I only write reviews when I’m thrilled by an establishment or I’m highly disappointed by them. Sadly enough, this review will be because of the latter. It’s three in the afternoon and I seem to be the only other patron in the store other than another woman in the fitting room. As I peruse the aisles, I’m surprised that not only am I not greeted, but all three sales associates are helping the lady in the dressing room. Two passes around the store later and even picking up some items, not one greeting. Even worse? I’m wearing WHBM head to toe. I love their sizing as I’m petite and the 00 is a perfect fit, but this customer service is beyond sub par. My last few purchases have been online and I think I’ll have to consider doing that again. My condolences to the GM of this store – looks like you should be doing better recruiting based not only on my review but a number on this site. Cute merchandise can only go so far.

I am very turned off by this establishment, especially due to my most recent experience there yesterday. Yes, I went there wearing shorts and a hoodie, but I was clean and«put-together» although not dressed to the nines. Having already shopped successfully at nearby Coldwater Creek and the Gap, I was slightly miffed that i was completely ignored and never addressed by a single sales associate at WHBM. 2 of the sales staff were speaking with other customers, the other 2 were speaking amongst themselves. BADSALESSERVICE. To be fair, I made sure I circled the sales floor twice and paused at several displays looking for specific sizes/colors and was never once acknowledged by a single employee during the 10 minutes I was in the store. What a shame… I used to work at Soma,(a sister company to WHBM) and that type of customer service is unacceptable. Regardless, I won’t be back, at least not to the Preston/Park location. Their clothes are kind of cute at best, the quality is «meh»… and the sales service SUCKS. Their loss. I went two doors down to Cotton Island and dropped $ 400 on cuter clothes sold to me by less snotty minimum-wage workers. Skip the blandness of this corporate sweatshop distributor and their worthless sales associates and shop elsewhere.

excellent & random location. employees here are well trained & aren’t snobby, as I’ve experienced with the northpark & watter’s creek WHBM locations. well-stocked items, clean, & serene. if you come to this location, they will more than likely everything you want + more in your size, including sale items. that overall makes me a happy shopper :)

Yesterday, I visited your store on Preston & Royal in Dallas and was floored. I was the only one in the store at 3:15pm, there were 5 sales associates working(socializing) and NOT A SINGLE associate greeted me when I walked in, asked if I could be helped, or even acknowledged my presence. I realize that this store is in a nicer area of Dallas and maybe I didn’t look like someone who was going to spend hundreds of dollars, but I was in business clothes and looked nice. I would have been happy to buy something, had I been treated like I was alive… I felt like the ladies working there not even interested in my presence, let alone my business. I think the best way to put it was that I felt like I had walked in on a conversation where I wasn’t invited and that I needed to leave.
