Chico’s

Cute Cute clothes! I always find more than I’m looking for when I go in this store!
Unfortunately, in the past I have had terrible service from snobby staff when I’ve gone in there to shop… so much so that I quit shopping there for a while, but last week I went in there to find something to wear for Easter and I had the most helpful & friendly sales person! Her name is Jacque. If you’ve had a bad experience with this store I would recommend giving them another try, but ask for Jacque when you go in. She was very friendly, not snobby at all, and she ran all over that store finding things for me!

I wanted a good quality, long sleeved v neck t-​shirt and Chico’s fit the bill for this sort of thing. I have no problem with t-​shirts from Old Navy/​The Gap other than they are usually tissue paper thin and I wanted something more substantial. I walked in the store and was apparently invisible as no one spoke to me. I admit it was lunch time and the store was somewhat busy but considering that I have also gone to this location within 30 min of their scheduled closing with only one other patron in the store and been ignored as well. Chico’s had exactly what I wanted and I had the perfect t-​shirt in my hands but then thought better of the purchase. I would prefer to do business with a merchant who actually appreciates and acknowledges me and the Plano Chico’s does neither.
This is the only Chico’s that I have visited that seems to have customer service issues. So Chico’s Plano you can keep your snob attitude and merchandise. I am only giving one star as there is nothing lower and the quality of the merchandise is a selling point.
