Bottom line they messed up 3 pairs of pants. Absolutely horrible. They keep messing up my dry cleaning. Then act like they had nothing to do with it because they send the dry cleaning out. Just get a bunch of excuses. They act like nothing is their responsibility. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I really don’t know about their services. I live very close and have a special need.
I called and left a voice mail message an hour and half ago and haven’t heard back from them. That’s unfortunate. I don’t think I’ll be doing business with a business that doesn’t respond.

This dry cleaner ruined two of my very nice, expensive tops!
The first time, my husband picked up the clothes. When he got home, I went through them to put them away. And, right in the middle, like nothing was wrong was the first of my two tops –completely destroyed! When I took it back to the cleaners the woman working apologized and paid me for the shirt because there was no possible way it could be fixed.
So, I decided to do the right thing and give them a second chance. But, the very next time I took in a nice top, they destroyed it. And this time the man working tried to blame it on me! No apology, not even a reimbursement for the dry cleaning! This time, while I was there I noticed other clothes hanging up that had also been damaged.
I would advise you to take your clothes somewhere else. They will be ruined if you bring them here!

I first went to St Paul Cleaners simply because they were located two blocks from my house. I keep going back because of the superior service I get every time I go in.
They are open extended hours (and allows me to drop off and pick up in the mornings after my 5 AM gym workouts) and usually have the clothes ready for pickup the same day. The cost is very reasonable (especially for women’s blouses) and the staff is very courteous and friendly. My clothes are clean, pressed and in pristine condition when I pick them up. Yay for St Paul Cleaners!
