I am very meticulous with my daily appearance due to my job but, this guys BLEW ME AWAY!!. Nice pressed, presentation, and the most important, customer service. By the way, the 40% off even makes it better and don’t forget your free bottle of water on your way out.

Was visiting the area and needed to find a place to dry clean a dress I wore to a party the night before. It got a horrible stain. People at my hotel spoke highly of Boss Cleaners. Rates were decent and fast turnaround. If I lived in the area permanently they would be the cleaner’s I would use.
They have a friendly, courteous and knowledgable staff. Got dress back. Stain was gone. I am a happy girl.

For a few years I was a satisfied patron of the Parker Rd Boss Cleaners. When that closed I eventually found adequate dry cleaning elsewhere but after passing by this location a few times, I thought I should give it another go even though it was a bit of a drive. With a wedding coming up I wanted to look all spiffy. Just like before, everything looked good and service was courteous and prompt.
And by «everything looked good», I mean when I went to Boss back in the day I would occasionally be asked where I got my shirts pressed — by people I’d never met.
As far as the value is concerned they don’t get such high marks. Dry cleaning 1 pair of slacks will run about 4.50, AFTER the discount. I’m all about paying for quality but how much is this service really worth … I suppose if you can afford to live in North Plano it might not be a problem, but I’ll look elsewhere.
