Planet Tan

Every time I am here I have to wait for them to clean a bed. There are 8 people here right now waiting on beds! They should be able to just check in and go into a room. Even when no one is here I feel like they always tell me to hold on 1 second because they have to clean the bed? What do they do with their down time?
They were so busy cleaning beds that I now have to tan without the eye stickers. My face won’t be getting tan because I have to cover it with my towel now again… 60+ a month and I can’t get eye goggles or stickers when I tan?

I really wanted to like this place. Had a coupon for a special priced spray tan, was planning to come in later that day — had to fly out for work. Called and asked if they would honor it a day later (after it expired) because of this. They said yes! I was so excited, went it — greeted the receptionist and checked to confirm that they would still honor it. He assured me he could. After trying to upsell me for 30+ min I finally managed to get him to ring me up so I could get my spray tan and go. After getting my info and ready to pay another employee who had clocked in — informed me they can’t honor it. How frustrating! I asked why the male employee initially told me that he could but now it was «impossible», and her response was «well he’s not a manager so he can’t adjust the price». I then told her about calling and the gal who has assured me it would be honored — and her response to that was «well she no longer works here». No apologies, no sincerity. I ended up paying double the coupon cost for my spray tan. (Really needed it before a weekend vegas trip).
1 star because the tan came out great. Negative stars for employees/​customer service.
Meanwhile, the employees are also majorly unprofessional. The gal wasn’t as bad — but the male staff member was unbelievable, he was commenting on customers attractiveness (checking them out), talking rudely on the phone to another employee (About his shift and an issue) while I was waiting to be helped!!!
I could go into more detail, but I’ll leave it at that. Good mystic tan, bad staff professionalism. Cleanliness was minimal. (Staff gal had to tell male staff man to clean beds 3x before he went… While customers waited).

I have been getting spray tans here for years. The staff is always nice and knowledgable.
My only complaint is that they sometimes play country music, which I do not enjoy.
Rarely have I had to ask for anything, but if I do, there is a phone in each room so you don’t have to redress to ask for something.
Otherwise, the place is always clean and they run good specials!

Fairly new facility. Super friendly staff. Clean equipment… both bed and spray.
This location has phones in each booth so you don’t have to stick your head out while butt naked or get re-​dressed to ask for something. :-D
