Best hole-in-the-wall Italian food in Plano for sure! The restaurant is small, but very cute. The service is good, very nice people. The food, wow! For starters, I would definitely suggest getting a side salad with their house dressing. If you like pink sauce, get it! They will bring you out a big bowl of hot freshly made pink sauce that is so yummy! The pink sauce is a great dipping sauce for the amazing fluffy rolls that you will get with any pasta. The manicotti is so good. I get it every time! If you are bent on which kind of pasta you’d like, I would suggest the combination pasta. Their pizzas are very big and good also. They have a great lunch deal too. Overall, great place. Definitely recommend!

Greatest Pizza of all time plus BYOB. It’s been awhile since I’ve been, but they could use a big screen for peeps to watch the game eat and drink. Fun place great staff an parking is easy.

I am a HUGE fan of Napoli’s Pizza. In fact, I think they have my favorite pizza in the area. The large pizza is a generous size with huge slices. It is NY style pizza and my favorite topping is the Canadian Bacon. My boyfriend and I usually get take out here when we house sit for his parents. We always get a Canadian Bacon + Pepperoni Pizza. I get a side salad with the house dressing and he gets a «side» of the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo. The Fettuccine here is his all time favorite. The service here is always great and friendly. In fact the owners are often there working behind the scenes as the cashier, delivery driver or making the pizza. You can tell it’s a family owned business with lots of heart! I highly recommend you go and try the pizza!

Pizza was not good, spinach was previously frozen globs & something was strange about the sauce. They need to add garlic, basil, some spices, etc… Terribly bland. Calamari was difficult to chew, a little fishy so I threw it away. My brother worked at a different napolis location for years & it was very good. This location is nothing like it…

Napoli’s has been a long time neighborhood and family favorite for many years. Tonight they charged me $ 1.50 per plate to substitute angel hair for traditional spaghetti, and they didn’t tell me in advance there would be a charge. They also charged a $.50 fee for substituting jalapeños for black olives — something else they’ve never done before. I generally don’t mind if there’s a small upcharge from a small change, and I can accept the fee for swapping jalapeños for black olives(though from a cost perspective, jalapeños are probably cheaper :-)), but i think $ 1.50 for the angel hair is ridiculous. When I told the server(who appeared to be fairly new) that we’ve been eating there for more than 10 years and that i wasn’t comfortable with the upcharges. He returned and told me that the additional fees were correct. I asked him to let management know that I would not be back. The food quality has declined at this location over the last few years, and we have continued to eat here occasionally because it’s a neighborhood restaurant. However, when your ‘neighborhood’ restaurant starts to nickel and dime you and the quality isn’t as good as it used to be, you will choose to go elsewhere. Napoli’s management — if you’re reading this, don’t start adding extra fees to your current customers to offset those who no longer dine with you.

Incredible pizza! Since I had their pizza, nothing else compares. All of the flavors are spot on. Cheesy, dough tastes great, and pepperoni has great flavor. We are also fans of the chicken carcoffi(sp?), stromboli, and lasagna. You can’t really go wrong here. Cozy atmosphere and they always make you feel welcome. I love to go here after a long week and wind down with some cheesy goodness.

When everyone tells you how horrible the customer service is, it must be true. We called last night, Friday, to order a large pizza for delivery. We were told it would be 45 minutes which I thought was excessive but okay. After 55 minutes and we still had not heard from them, we called and was told that they are very busy and will deliver our pizza in MAYBE15 more minutes. We were so irritated we cancelled our order. Give your customers accurate timing from the get go instead of luring them in with their order by promising a shorter wait time only to add on an additional 30 minutes. We will never order from you again.

Just ordered a pizza. Delivery was quick but the pizza was just, meh. Way too much cheese, not enough toppings and the crust tasted like cardboard. We will stick with what we know. Schiano’s down the road is much better.

Giving this 5 stars because they are super dependable and the food is great. I order delivery from Napoli’s all the time and even though they say 45 min it’s usually 30min or less. The delivery guys are usually tolerant of our ridiculous dogs that hang out in the front yard too! Chicken part, Stromboli, calamari, and calzones are my fave things to order!

I ordered the lobster ravioli and it was pretty good! My family ordered pizza and chicken Greek salad and they said it was good too! I will say if you are a dessert person that the cheesecake was great!:) The managers are nice and the staff is generally younger but still pretty good. Next to Plano East so you generally encounter a lot of high school students.

I hate to give them a 1 star review because their pizza is a 4 star quality. My main issue is with delivery. I place an order with them about 3 times a month that switches from done inn, carry out and delivery. Out of the twelve times that I called in for delivery they may have completed my order correctly three times. Helpful tip if you order bacon, make sure you let then know you want bacon bits not Canadian bacon. They screwed that up 2x for me. If you have kids and ask for kid slices on half be sure you will never receive that request even if you make the person repeat the order to you. They gave screwed that up 3x for me. I have never had an issue with dine inn but carry out and delivery almost every time. My only complaint with dine inn since I’m on a rant is that the manager guy needs to relax a bit around kids. Brought my kids and several other friends and kids with me during lunch time. It wasn’t during rush time, I brought them in at 11am so they wouldn’t disturb other customers. The restaurant was May ¼ full and the manager ask me to keep my 5 year old, 2 year old and my friends 4,3,2 year old seated. The kids where going back and forth from the gum ball machine and the empty corner of the entrance of the restaurant. I could understand the request if they where going to other tables or yelling but that was not the case and the restaurant mainly had high school kids in it. Therefore I stopped inviting my friends to join me at the restaurant. If you want good pizza, dine inn and don’t have kids this is a great place to eat. FYI the dine in service is really good.

Just left about 5 minutes ago. Literally the service was okay. I believe the server was becca. Anyways, I asked for 3 coffees she had told me she had to make some. The second round of coffee I found a BUGINSIDEMYCOFFEE. It looked like a Silverfish. I don’t believe the server washed the coffee maker at all! I told her about it and all she did was run to the back… not even an apologize or anything was told to me or my family. The manager was there. I had told my father to ask him for a business card and he kinda slid it off and just told the lady at the cash register for a menu… never again will I be back. And all I saw was all the servers and cooks staring at us like we did something wrong!!! I wish I had taken a picture!

Glad to have this in the area. A few detractors — we didn’t get checked on many times. They didn’t bring the free bread until our food came out, and it would have been nice to snack on while we wait. Also, no marinara sauce for the bread. They didn’t ask if we wanted dessert(we did) before bringing our check, so we just left. They do have good fast food

Average food. Good service. Casual atmosphere. Came in during lunch and tried the lasagna which came with a salad plus their house vinaigrette; the lasagna wasn’t memorable… and a tad salty. It was more bolognese style in that I don’t think there was any ricotta. I wanted to sweeten the pomodoro, richen it all up with a ricotta/parmesan/pecorino mix, and taste a bolder sausage/beef combo. They did a good job on timing… especially with a large group — very timely service. Value prices. My colleague ordered a slice of pizza that I coveted from across the table though… I’d go back and try that or the manicotti. Go for it.

I’ve been to this Napoli’s more than I can even count over the past few years living in Plano. Whether dining in or ordering take-out, I’ve always had an absolutely fantastic experience. Their prices went up by a little bit a while ago, but it’s definitely worth it for such delicious italian food. I’ve tried over half the menu and loved it every single time!

We, the Office, order here several times a year. OMG! When we announce we are ordering from Napoli’s, everyone wants to join in. I personally don’t like doing the orders. Some people are cheap, some are generous, you know, it SUCKS to try to get all the money’s together from everyone. Some say, can I pay you tomorrow, and they never do? The rest of us pick up their tab, and the tip for the Driver. If they deliver(Free delivery within a 3 mile radius). Were in that! Be sure to tip the driver! I have had several dishes, all delivered, and have never had a complaint. 1 slice of pizza is Frikkin Huge! Seriously, 1 slice of pepperoni and a salad is a meal. When we get the dishes all I hear from my co-workers is Yum, Um, um!!! Nom, nom, nom…

We had a party of over 20. The waitresses were INCREDIBLE!!! We thought with these many orders, kids, families, walking around something was going to get messed up. We ordered a ex large pizza half spinach, no sauce, and the other half margarita. Fantastic home made pizza. The ladies waiting on us were PERFECT!!! No complaints. We left full, happy, and with a to go menu!!!
