Better than expected. 1^st time at this location. Looks good after remodeling like other locations have done such as one on Legacy Dr. Good bargain meal for $ 10 for two. The fries are better now with less salt.

Still has poor customer service. I just can’t get past their bacon, egg and cheese biscuits.

We pick up food at this local McDonalds almost once a week. The lack of customer service is a big issue. Most are nice, but there is a certain young person, very often taking the drive through orders that is extremely rude. Argues when you say the order is wrong, never greets us, never smiles, and is down right rude. Tonight, she almost threw our food out the window, never looking at us, laughing with someone behind her, and when she didn’t include all our order and when we asked for the rest of it, she yells «WHAT, WHAT?» And we when we finally get it, she slams the window on us. I HATE going there when she is at the window. If it wasn’t so close to us, I would not.

The absolute worst customer service. Apparently, they don’t like children here. Dirty bathrooms and rude employees.

For a McDonald’s this was a 5 star visit. Nice relatively recent remodel. Service was friendly and competent. Food was hot and prepared well. Since everything else was good and I don’t see it mentioned on this page (and it should be) I will review the awesome play area for my fellow parents.
HALF of this restaurant is a giant hamster tunnel style playplace. Tinted windows and a well designed AC system ensured comfort during a 100 degree day without freezing me to death. It was clean and I’m good repair. Sound insulation is better than most. You still hear louder squeals and screams but the general background noise level doesn’t turn the enclosed room into a screaming echo chamber, like so SO many I have endured…
Seating consists of 3 huge booths (could seat 6 large adults or 8 kids), one longer table for birthday parties, 3 four person tables, a small 4 seat bar by the toddler playhouse and even a lone armchair for some lucky WiFi warrior. I was here during the Saturday lunch rush and it did not feel crowded.
There is one unisex bathroom within the playplace, but always knock first because few kids ever lock the door. My only negative about this restaurant was that there were 2 dirty diapers left on the changing table and a long pile of (thankfully clean) toilet paper on the floor because the roll of toilet paper was just left out. It needs a larger trash can. But on the bright side it was clean and the first Playplace bathroom in YEARS that didn’t make me want to immediately gag from the smell (I braced myself but there was no smell one way or the other).
The play areas are primarily for ages 3 – 12 but there’s also a little playhouse area underneath for toddlers. A Foosball table in is one corner but had no ball to play with. Two TVs in opposite corners play Nick Jr (low volume) and CNN (muted with CC).
Access to the fun is by climbing 7 alternating platforms (see photo) or climbing a tube by the slides. Thanks to the good design, there were few traffic jams or problems with younger kids holding up the line or older kids running little kids down. Several connecting hubs and tunnels lead to 2 tube slides, a tall curvy orange one and a gentler sloped yellow one.
The WiFi is free and fast. I really wish this McD was closer to home because its a great place to sit back and browse Facebook while my kids (4 and 10) run energy off. It’s the most relaxing Playplace I’ve ever visited. Normally I leave more stressed than when I came in. The only thing drained today was my phone battery!

Almost within walking distance from home. There is an indoor playground so good place to let kids kill a few hours. The TV area is always tuned into ESPN so it’s nice watching Sportcenter while letting unhealthy food clog my arteries.
The staff are always friendly and orders come out fast.

I love stopping for coffee on my way to work. It makes the commute more enjoyable. The coffee is always good and hot! I also am a fan of the half price drinks in the afternoon. Folks here are very friendly, both staff and customers. They are quick and efficient.

As is always the case when visiting McDonald’s, we’re not here for the food… we’re here for the FUN. Specifically, the playground fun for the kiddos.
This location is pretty busy on the weekends and that seems to take away from the cleanliness factor, as it was dirty at our last visit. However, dirt never stopped us from having fun!

Customer service is lacking, big time!
Food was hot, but there was a long awkward wait because the lady just walked away from the counter after she took my money. A few minutes later she returned, all the while I’m standing there waiting. She proceeds to take orders, and not even look at me. Usually they at least give you a cup… another lady came by and put my food on another persons tray. We eventually got it. They play area was clean. My daughter had fun, and enjoyed her time, but to me, Mcdonalds is just not my favorite, especially when there is bad customer service…

After getting my drive through order incorrectly 8 times out of 10 I decided not to go there anymore. There’s a lady in the mornings that never serves with a smile and always charges incorrectly. Their training program requires some update.

THEY BROUGHT BACK MONOPOLY!!! WOO HOO! ok ok ok. so I know it’s like a one in a million chance that I’ll win something big. but I always win some kind of free meal/​menu item so that makes me happy. but McDonald’s is my favorite fast food restaurant so I must support them :) Yes… I’m stopping by after work to get me some yummy burgers and fries.. .and monopoly pieces! hehe

They couldn’t get the order right after repeating it 3 times into the mic and then repeating it again at the window. Then the guy giving me the food lectures me on needing to verify my order. REALLY??? I told you the order 4 times and it’s MY FAULT! And the people working the windows were wearing management uniforms. If they can’t get the order right after 4 attempts I don’t know why I’d ever go again.
