This location is ick. Their food is oily compared to the Frisco locations. Consequently the oil overpowers the freshness of the food. Even the entrees and sides brought out tasted gross because of the oil. Is it also possible they are recycling their oil? The food just didn’t taste good. Also they were out of drinks in their drink machine(the lemonade was completely out). We just happened to go to this location because our accountant is located in the same general area. The service was also a bit pushy. This location needs work. There are too many other better locations so we will likely not be back here.

On your mark. Get set. PASS. I’ve given this place three tries and they are officially out! Even the soft drinks lack flavor. The food lacks any semblance of freshness. While eating my meal I was just imagining that they scooped my meal out of the bottom of the trash can and served it to me. One positive was that the egg rolls were ok.

My husband’s favorite. We usually get to go, shrimp bowl, chicken with broccoli, steak and shrimp. I like the chop suey, my daughter loves the fortune cookies. Check your order before you take it home. Had some confusion once or twice.

Its Panda! Same as others. Panda gets the nicest frikkin people to work them. Its a mystery to me how they pull that off. They were making fresh veggies so I waited a bit. Damn, they put an insane amount of chicken on plate when you order grilled teriyaki chicken. I thought I didn’t hear her right when she said $ 7.

The food is usually passable fast food Chinese, but sometimes the meat doesn’t seem to be very high quality. The beef can be gristly and the chicken a little rubbery. I would recommend just eating the non-beef dishes if you go here.

If there were 0 stars that would be my ranking. I stood in line 10 mins get up to order no vegetables no Shanghai steak tell me it’s another 10 min wait on that. If I am going to wait 20 mins to eat it’s not at Panda Express

Food is ok, but if you are planning to go to drive through don’t do it. It took us a good 20 minutes to have our food ready. I recommend just going in and you will be served faster. I think that if they had a choice between serving a person who walked into the place versus a person waiting in the drive-thru, they would choose the person who walked in first.

The food tastes really good but they gave small portions. The 3 entrée plate were all stuffed in one small box

Worst Panda Express on the planet. A 20 – 25 minute wait is unacceptable for drive-thru. Three visits, same wait time. And, this location is always«out» of at least one entrée requested. No other Panda location serves up a full two tablespoons of oil residue with its chow mein either – this one is ‘special’. Don’t waste your time here. Call in an order at any of the local Chinese or Thai places if you want Asian fare sooner than this Panda«Express» can manage.

It does not meet panda express quality in any way. Their fried rice is so plain. It feels more like white rice. No real taste. Their meat is pretty good. But no one will have just meat. Fried rice is part of anything you take here. Chow mein was below average. Unless they imorove fried rice and chow mein, i would never come back here.

Please remember that this is Chinese fast food, not real high quality but pretty darn good for what it is. Stay with steamed vegis and grilled chicken for your health.

Hit or miss, depending on the day. We have used the drive through exclusively, and there is always a wait. The food is usually decent, but ordering can be difficult at times. It is more a reflection of the management for this location than for the franchise itself.

Very good service, but that only goes so far. Very clean. I went in at about 11:15 am on a Tuesday and the food was cold. Warm at best. When it’s cold it makes it taste stale. Just made it taste like it wasn’t as good a quality as it is at other restaurants. For $ 11 a piece for me and my dad I expect a little more. I saw a lady checking the temperature so either they didn’t want to turn their wells up or they were just doing it for show(which I highly doubt).

Panda Express serves the weirdest«Chinese» food around. The food they serve doesn’t taste like the stuff you find at those small mom and pop chains(American Chinese) or the authentic Chinese food you’ll find in Chinatowns. It’s just different. But different is good when most of the restaurants around all serve burgers, fried chicken or pizza. The interior is pretty standard, kind of a fast casual feel. Very clean. The flavor is hard to explain. It’s not bad. Everything is vaguely peppery and it doesn’t taste like anything I’ve ever eaten.

I am not a huge fan of Panda Express, but I love the food here at this Panda(spring creek & coit). This is the best Panda in Dallas area! People are nice and food are fresh. Highly recommend!

Decided I wanted something a bit different. Hadn’t been to a Panda Express before, so I figured I’d give it a shot. What a great idea! Had the Kung Pao Chicken bowl with fried rice. It was wonderful! Only reason it’s not a 5 is… ordering can be a bit confusing if you don’t know the«lingo». No doubt I’ll figure that out. I’ll be back!

i dont care what people say about panda express — especially food snobs — their orange chicken is THE best of the chicken category. PLUS since its a national chain its consistent. TIP: if its low on qty i let others go in front of me so i can get a fresh batch. you can’t get all the other true chinese stuff but this is more than a decent replacement/fill. to dismiss a place bc its a chain is to be a douche IF it tastes good. go to youtube and search for jo koy and orange chicken. FYI i rarely get anything else.
