An elderly man came up to me when i’ve walked in. He was little bit hard to understand. He would slur his words. I ask him I was looking for some carpet? He looked at me as if he doesn’t know was carpet is. Started to show me some samples. Asked him about carpet padding. Padding were not up to my standards. Asked if he has other upgraded padding. He says ’ I’ve already told you NO !!!’ After looking at some samples I tell him the padding is a deal breaker. He then walks me to his desk and shows me an ‘upgraded’ padding. Now he wants to make this deal. I blankly tell him: «I personally don’t like your attitude. I asked you if you had upgraded padding and you said no. Now I find out you do have upgraded padding. Why?». Why are people that dont know anything about their business work there? What happened to professionalism and courtesy sales people?
