I’ll start with my complaint: no kids meals. My little one wanted orange chicken. I had to pay $ 8 for orange chicken and a small drink for a 5 year old. Annoying. It’s pretty much Panda Express with a no name brand. My kid liked it, and if that’s what you’re into, then go for it. I got Phở from the other joint in the Shops at Willow Bend food court, and it was awesome(still searching for the name of that place to review it). So again, don’t expect some culinary treasure. It’s just fast food Chinese.

It’s like a poor man’s Panda Express. Heck, they even got the ‘Express’ thing going for them. They definitely don’t have the ‘diversity’ of Panda Express, and you’re not getting the most authentic Asian fare here, but it’s still pretty good. They have a pretty fantastic special, $ 6 for 2 entrees + rice/noodles. It’s a full box and whatnot too, they don’t skimp. It’s a homegrown business, and they’re all very enthusiastic to drum up business. The guy who hands out samples basically shouts across the food court to get people to try his bits of teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. Can definitely tell some people were like«…uh what?» but I find it pretty amusing! Super nice people behind the counter though. Really really nice. Clearly, they’re not a sit-down quality joint or anything, but if you’re not feeling the mall fast food or sandwiches — or you just need to hit that Asian cuisine fix, then this place is great to hit!
