I been here since 2008 and I have never heard of anything this crazy. my kitchen light was out so I simply called the office to have maintenance fix this. I was told i will now have to provide all the lights myself and they can do the labor part and if they do have the bulbs they will charge $ 5.00 a bulb! I just renewed my lease a couple months ago nothing in the contract states that and I ask the lady when did this started she said a couple months… so no letter was sent out or anything. I feel like they just change things whenever they feel like it without any proper notice. Im literally tired of these apts. i will not be renewing my lease. time to move out!

We have lived here 3 years and just signed another year lease. The neighbors have been here longer and we feel safe here. The management has always been friendly and ready to fix or solve a problem.

These apartments are livable. All units haven’t been upgraded and they have a big of a dated feel, but the property is kept nice and there is a good amount of space in the units. Management is nice and when you can get through to there line, they respond pretty quickly!

If you like mold this is the place for you! They sell you on a «luxury apartment» that is secured with a gate and has a 24 hour Maintenance crew. My girl friend has lived there for 3 months and has smelt mold since. After the property management claimed it was dust we proceeded to have a mold guy come out to confirm and treat it. The black mold is infested throughout the entire ventilation system. Absolutely disgusting. My girlfriend and dog are going in for health exams for respiratory issues. I recommend staying away from this property! Ask current residents about mold and their experience before moving in!
