Darn good vittles at a great value. Not a mega chain which is a plus. Quick service.

Stumbled in here after a hard workout session and comparing different pasta/pizza restaurants, and wow. Wow, so happy we did. The food almost made me wish I had an Italian grandmother so that I could have simple, homey food all the time. Or I could now just have Joe’s all the time. The boyfriend and I wanted carbs and cheese. So we ordered Joe’s combo(Manicotti, lasagna and stuffed shells) with two meatballs in marinara on the side, and Chicken Alfredo with a small bowl of mozzarella on the side. Salads and bread came with the entrees. Everything was delicious! I can’t describe it other than the food made you feel warm and happy. If you want that extra cheesiness like we did, dump the mozzarella into the alfredo or the marinara. The chicken was sliced thinly and had a lot of flavor. The meatballs were huge, btw — definitely worth the $ 2.50. I’d definitely be back to try garlic bread, pizzas, and more. I’ll be back for you.

A great little Italian BYOB restaurant. It isn’t a «fancy» restaurant, but the food is fabulous. They serve garlic knot bread that is out of this world. Their fettuccine alfredo is even better. Prices are great. You don’t pay the high prices like you do at Maggiano’s and Olive Garden, and the food is 100% better. They also do deliver and take out which is really nice.

Ordered to go. I had the ravioli which was delicious. The garlic bread with cheese and garlic knots are a little piece of heaven! My wife had the spaghetti which she said was also really good.

Joe’s is a great spot for some no-nonsense, good-tasting, reasonably-priced Italian food. This place made me so happy! Their calzones are out of this world delicious. Took my future brother-in-law here when he was visiting from Indiana, and he can’t stop talking about coming back to get more. The service can be a little slow sometimes, but it’s friendly enough. The prices are extremely reasonable. The best thing is probably the special plate that has stuffed shells, lasagna, and manicotti all together. SODELICIOUS.

We’ve been here many times, and I know this will sound like a cliché, but everything we’ve ever tried here has truly been delicious. My kids love the pizza & spaghetti dishes, along with the Fettuccine Alfredo. The Vodka Sauce, the Marinara Sauce & the Alfredo Sauce for any of the pastas are very very good. Eggplant Parmesian, Baked Ziti & Manicotti are all very good. The owner is very nice & friendly and goes out of his way to make sure all is well. They deliver anything on the menu, and it’s always fast, warm & good!

This place is really good. We usually order delivery and the food always arrives hot and fresh. I’m from New England and finding a good pizza place has been challenging. Joes is very close to what we have back home. We love the calamari and the stuffed mushrooms! That pink sauce is amazing!!! Pizza is good. I like the spinach calzone. Yummy! We’ve also tried the Chicken Picatta and the Lobster Ravioli. I ordered the Chicken Carchofi and was very impressed. Everything tastes homemade. Try it! You won’t be sorry

I had excellent customer service, the gyro I ate wasn’t the best though. I would recommend adding more meat and vegetables. The pita size was perfect though.

Ordered Joe’s last week, wanted to try something new and I am so glad I did! I ordered a cheese pizza, chicken piccatta and garlic knots. The garlic knots are a must they were so tasty I must have eaten 5. Chicken piccatta was one of the better entrees I found found from any delivery place around. I ordered it again 2 days later. Quick Delivery This is my new go to place!

Joe’s is a great local Italian joint. A fun BYOB eat in restaurant or great for delivery/pickup. We lived within a mile and picked up dinner here often. Highlights: Caesar dressing is great and the pizza crust or garlic knots dipped in the dressing are top notch, I’d usually get the Caesar and try to save most of the dressing for dipping. The white pizza is great, but you can’t go wrong with the staple pepperoni. The lobster ravioli is very tasty in a great pink sauce. I’d eat this in, always better in house than to go, this is one you want fresh. I am sad we moved away, we really enjoyed Joe’s.

We have always liked Joe’s Pasta & Pizza but the new manager that took over has really stepped up the service and the food. In May 2015 our rehearsal dinner venue was suddenly not available 5 hours before we were to arrive. I called Joe’s & they were so nice, turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very pleasant evening. We had 18 people, they set up tables for us and provided excellent service, all of the out of town people raved about the service and food. It’s BYOB which is awesome! We are now moving to Mansfield and will definitely miss Joe’s!!!

We love this place! The atmosphere is perfectly New York and the food is incredible. Their pink sauce is to die for! We had the calamari and stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. The lobster ravioli was the perfect portion size and absolutely delicious. Joe’s Combo was very cheesey and baked to perfection. They serve unlimited garlic bread knots which are perfect for dipping in the pink sauce. All of the desserts were perfect. We will definitely be coming back!

Stopped for a couple of slices of pizza Very small slices and must have been sitting on pan for 20 – 30 minutes They tried to add cheese to make it look fresh. Did not work

This place is fantastic for buying(raw) pizza dough balls. They are willing to sell them to you at a very good price, and they are made from fantastic quality flour. I believe he said he uses italian caputo 00 flour or something similar. A great find for someone who enjoys making pizzas at home but doesn’t always have time to prepare fresh dough.

If you’re looking for a mom-and-pop shop, this definitely fits the bill. My husband eats dinner here every week with one of his volunteer organizations. It’s unusual for him to have a place that he’s willing to eat at week after week, but Joe’s offers enough variety to keep him from feeling bored or overly pizza’d. Speaking of pizza, he’s brought home a pizza or two for me to have and it’s pretty darn good. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had and certainly not my favorite style, but it’s good and I’d be happy to eat it if it was offered. There are lots of things in life that aren’t the very best but are perfectly good enough to be enjoyed again and again. That’s Joe’s. When you dine in(I joined the hubs and crew for dinner one night), they’ll bring a basket of garlic rolls. They’re pretty tasty when fresh, but aren’t as great if you’re eating them leftover at home. Some things lose their magic over time, and Joe’s rolls are one of those things. Since I’ve started dating MyFitnessPal again, I can do without the calories of leftover rolls. ANYWAY, if you’re in Plano and want a low-key, family-friendly place to grab a slice, or a calzone, or a sandwich, or a salad, or… you might want to check out Joe’s. (By the way, Joe’s offers a discount for our church and I’ll bet that it does the same for several of the local northcentral Plano houses of faith.)

As you can see from the check-ins…I’ve been back a few times. And they earned the 5th star. The initial problem with overcooking? Never happened again. Service and food quality has been top notch everytime. Some days they get a bit backlogged on deliveries, which I then drive over to their place. Definitely recommend them.

There are few things as comforting in life as a REALDEALMOM n POP Italian restaurant and Joes Pasta and Pizza is my favorite! The place is easy to find, always plenty of open tables or booths and sparkling clean. But with a relaxing vibe and outstanding service. Nothing I have tried before was not stellar and a fraction of the cost of some popular chains. Enormous calzones. Wicked large pizza slices that don’t scrimp on toppings, cover a plate and cost $ 1.75. But today was the lunch sampler at only $ 5.75 including caesar salad and toothsome garlic rolls. A scorching hot large bowl of Manicotti, Lasagna and Stuffed Shells blanketed in cheese. OHSOGOOD! But surprisingly light. Must be the fresh cheeses! Bonus: The young man that was servicing all of the tables did a great job and was quite a hot fox!
