Good Burger Joint. Nothing Super Special, But it is good. Good selection on Desert and good service. I actually met the owner who was pretty nice and laid back.

Chuck’s was the lunch spot during high school. It was just down the street, the food was reasonably priced and at least one person in our group worked there and would help us get a little bit of a discount. The cheddar burger with SALTY curly fries was always my weapon of choice with an oreo shake on the side. This was not a special occasion meal either, folks. This was the meal I would have 2 maybe 3 times a week. Back then I just remember thinking«Whatever, I’m young and my metabolism will take care of that burger as I run up the stairs.» Good call, fat ass. How’d prom work out for you? Chuck’s is characteristic of a bunch of laid back restaurants in the area. A good place that gets by on doing the basics. There’s nothing that really knocks my socks off about it, but I know I won’t be completely disappointed in what I’ve ordered. Chuck’s isn’t adventurous with their menu items(unless you call the potential cardiac arrest adventurous) or all about the glitz and glamour that West Plano is striving so hard to achieve. In the end it’s a burger joint in the middle of the burbs that caters to families. Better than Purple Cow and not as good as Gazeebo Burger.

I love the burgers here, big, thick, juicy and cheap.

Here’s why I love this place… the burgers, shakes, and CHOCO cookies! As I always used to tell my supervisor… I love the cookies from Chucks. If you read my other reviews about Texas, you’ll know I gained a lot of weight in this state. but the food was soooo good! I love the cookies so much that I made one of my friends bring me back some on a recent business trip.

In high school, this is the place I’d pick for my birthday dinner. I highly recommend their Oreo shakes! My family loves their burgers and chicken fingers. I’d get a baked potato and enjoyed it. Chuck’s has a 1950s Americana atmosphere, and is a good family place.
