Went to this BK, hoping to get the extra long rodeo cheese burger. The menu indicated it was discontinued so I ordered the jalapeño cheeseburger instead. When I pulled to the window, I asked when they discontinued the burger I wanted. They said it had been a few months but the employee offered to make what I wanted. Food was perfect and I wanted to leave a good review since this Bk had a few bad reviews.

Employees eating behind the counter. Other employees not working coming in, going behind the counter, grabbing food and giving food away to friends. A crown and a t-​shirt is not a uniform. There is one lady that appears to be the only one taking her job seriously and is constantly frowning on what the others are doing. The food is fine, but the ethics and cleanliness are suspect.

Second or third visit to this location Jul 2015 with their coupon of course. Consistent service and fast food during all too brief lunch hour. Prefer other hamburger joints in Collin County but go to the fast food ones from time to time. They are using a new wax paper wrap with hamburger which was better than before. The wrapper would get soggy. There was brief rush of customers right after us and they were served promptly. Most customers who came in made it take out and there was steady stream using drive-​thru.

Customer Service is… well, it’s fast food so what do you expect? They’re not In N Out where everyone is paid above minimum wage and really nice. At least smile people! Burgers are gross, fries are always good and now the popcorn chicken is here and it’s good.

This is, by far, the worst BK and one of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been. I have visited this location 6 times at all different days and hours and it is consistently bad. The people taking the order won’t let me finish my order, interrupt me, then get it wrong. The soda machine doesn’t have good soda, it isn’t carbonated, and it’s obvious that it isn’t working when you look at it as it pours. But they never notice because they never look.
I would recommend going ANYWHERE other than this location. I will never go back here again even though it is the closest burger joint near my apartment.
