This is the perfect burger place– the food is juicy and tasty and the environment is calm! I love coming here with my family because it is so delicious and the people are so nice!

The Five Guys burgers make one simple promise on all being about the burger. And it is. The place is not fancy, the customer service is great, but the star is the burger and the ability to put anything you like from the toppings to it. Worth it.

Basic, but good burgers. This isn’t any kind of fancy burger place, so when you want the basics, come here! The little cheeseburger is just right and seriously get the smallest fry and it will be more than enough split between two people. Love the fancy soda machine. Workers are young and nice. Wish the cheese in my burger was melted a bit more though. Also, for being so basic the prices are kind of high! Would come back, even though it wouldn’t be my absolute first choice.

We have been here twice and both times called in a pick up order. We arrive, notify the staff of our pick up order, and then they just let us sit there… Eventually we go back up and ask for our food, which has just been sitting there all this time. They hand it to us and we leave. *Big Deal-a normal order of fries is not the tiny little cup they handed us this last visit. NOT cool! We love the burgers, but the staff here needs to get it together.

Pros: The burgers are great. Fries are always hot. Cons: Customer service varies because of the high turnover. The music is simply too loud and the cleanliness of the tables is hit-or-miss depending upon time of day and who is working.

I’ve been here before but it’s obviously gone downhill in the past years. Even though I saw the ratings were now low, I decided to go anyway. I was in the mood for a good cheeseburger. The food was not fresh and not prepared well. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The meat was hot but that was basically the only decent part. Both pieces of cheese were cold and not melted. The were also put on the burger partially in and partially out. Therefore I had to rebuild this burger. It was going to happen regardless because all of the pickles were stacked on top of each other in the middle.(Who eats a burger like that?) Also, half of the lettuce was old and wilted. None of it had any crisp or crunch to it. The fries weren’t much better. I ordered the Cajun fries, and while the seasoning was good, they fries themselves were not. Most of them were cold and many seemed like they had been sitting for a while. They were soggy and limp. Bottom line, I don’t think I will be coming here again. Oh well, on to the next burger joint… sad.

This place gives huge portions, the fries are enough to feed a family. Great taste… go try them out…

Five Guys has been one of my favorite burgers for a while now. The burger is just SO good. Typically I’ll get the«little» burger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, mayo, and jalepenos. I like how they’re careful to place the toppings in such a way they stay on the burger when you eat it. The only issues that keep me from giving 5 stars are the bleak red & white appearance of the restaurants and the price(don’t expect to stay below $ 10 if you want fries and a drink). Jan 2014: Unless you are very hungry get the little burger as it only has one patty. Suggest getting just onions rather than grilled onions which makes the bun wet and soggy. UPDATE Aug 2015: Return visit after a 1 ½ yrs. Still recommend a little burger as one patty is quite enough along with sharing a small order of fries. Overall not in my top 5 choices of burger/fries in Collin County. Will likely go to other burger places more often.

Lunch is an absolute disorganized mess. I ordered one cheeseburger. That’s it. No fries, nothing fancy, just a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and onions. I had the pleasure of watching the guy two spots behind me in line, who ordered five burgers, sit down with his friends, eat and leave before my one burger was even ready. When I politely asked why my burger took so long I was told to «f**** off». Yes, that really happened and NO I will not be returning. The burgers are good but not nearly that good.

Honest, well-seasoned fresh hamburger offered with a wide variety of fixings and the best french fries in Dallas. Five Guys is our go-to hamburger spot in North Dallas. The best!

Not awful, but what’s the fuss about? The burgers and fries taste better at Mooyah, IMO. Plus, more choices — here, one flavor of cheese, no ranch. Standard topping options, nothing out of the ordinary. And this isn’t the cleanest restaurant I’ve been in, either. Plus, you know the dark spots in the potato that normal folks cut out, throw away, and don’t eat? 5 Guys doesn’t trim those out, at least not carefully. So EVERYTIME quite a few of the fries will have these dark spots, and those spots taste nasty. But who wants to inspect each fry before eating to make sure it’s a good one?! I ordered the«little cheeseburger» bunless. Meat flavor — so-so, not special. And I give them an F-minus on packaging. They put it in a foil takeout box placed on end in the bag. Now, we were eating in, so there was no reason they couldn’t have just put the takeout box flat on the counter. BUTNO. It’s on END. So toppings and burger patty all slid down to the end of the box into a big unappetizing mess. The box had only a piece of foil pressed loosely around the edges of the top of the box, so I also had juices running out of the box onto fries, ME, the table, the floor. Smashburger does a great job of packing bunless burgers so everything stays together and looks appealing. It’s not that hard, guys! The floor always feels very slippery, and they don’t clean the tables very quickly. The women’s toilet looked like it had gone at least a few days without a scrub. It certainly isn’t getting cleaned multiple times throughout the day.

Inconsistent with the burger builds, they should use bigger and stronger buns, burgers just end up falling apart, more ingredients then they can really put on the burger, not enough room, not that special. I now only go for the fries.

I just had lunch here and thought the Little Cheeseburger was pretty tasty. It’s still a pretty good size burger but I ate the whole thing which is a big deal lol. The fries were a bit salty so not the best but not the worst. The only thing I think that could improve my experience here is the expediting of orders. It took a while to get my food and I am not sure why. It seems like they like to call out the orders once they have a group of 3 – 5 orders ready to go instead of when each one is ready. Also, they serve everyone’s order in a brown paper bag, even if you’re dining in. So not sure why they do that. Also, everything is overpriced. I paid $ 5.62 for my small cheeseburger. I think they add the price of toppings even though the menu says all toppings are free. I only wanted ketchup, mustard, and lettuce but still end up paying for all the other stuff that one could potentially have on there. I think a decent price would be $ 3.99 + tax for what I had. Anyway, I will probably be back to try other menu items. Usually go to places about 3 times to see how consistent they are. Enjoy!

I think this is the first time answer for years that I’ve been to five guys. I really like the store for a couple of reasons. First reason everybody is working, nobody’s sitting down, even the manager was out working. I don’t mean walking around doing nothing, I mean she was out there busting it with everybody else, hope and sweep the floor, helping cook, helping take orders, helping to refill stations and so on. I’ve seen managers just sit back at a table and watch people work, as if they no longer had to do anything other than order people around. But not in this store! Mad respect! The second reason is the food that I ordered was awesome! I got a bacon cheeseburger with the free extras that I wanted, and it was juicy, the meat was cooked completely through, the bacon was crisp but not too brittle as if it were old, the French fries were fresh and hot plus even on the small order I’m still taking some home. Wonder how they will taste the second time around? Lol. Anyway, in short this was a 5 star experience, the employees were great, they had a sense of humor especially when I asked for a sheet of aluminum foil that they normally wrap hamburgers. The young man jokingly wanted to make sure I would not ingest said aluminum foil, I told him no I was going to mainline it! We all had a really good laugh. That is good business, having a good rapport with your customers and smiling the whole time. Question is, will I be back? You bet your ass I will be! I might even bring a date here, okay I will bring a date here. Lol.

Again an overpriced sloppy burger. $ 10.50 for the burger and a drink. Not even fries. Totally watery bun. Disgusting

My wife and I have enjoyed visiting this location since they opened. We stopped by there on Wednesday afternoon and had a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly and the location is always clean. We ordered our regular burgers without buns and extra A1 sauce, turned out perfect. They have patio seating on the side and front of the building. It was just a little warm that day to enjoy outside. The one draw back would be their tea. They use boxed dispensed tea, not freshly brewed. We like our brewed tea! Make sure you give them a try for eating in or take out. Thanks
