A couple of weeks ago, I had a horrible wrist pain like nothing I had ever felt before. It was a Saturday and going to my primary care physician was not an option, so I decided to go to ProHealth Urgent Care. I was greeted by 2 friendly receptionists, filled out a few papers and waited maybe 10 minites tops before being called in to see the doctor. There was a male assistant (I don’t remember his name) who was very sweet and funny. I was seen by Dr. Grella who was also very nice. A few x-​rays were taken and I got a prescription, some ice, and a brace for my wrist. Dr. Grella gave me some instructions and my wrist healed pretty quickly after that. I also got a call to follow up on how I was doing which is a nice personal touch. Thank you ProHealth Urgent Care!

Stay FAR away from here, and from Virginia she does not know how to handle insurance properly!!! Been using the Syosset location since they opened and never had an issue, the gas to that location is worth the lessened aggravation.
