Not impressed with service today. Had tire rotation appnt but waited 20 min to speak with someone. Was dropping off; they could ask that question upon customers arrival (easy in/out). Guy went to get mileage off vehicle after I told him what it was, started and turned off vehicle which I couldn’t see to be necessary since it’s a new vehicle, then he didn’t lock the vehicle back up. All the info in their system was incorrect (I.e. Phone number) which they’ve had for the last 4 years and asked for twice when I set up this current appnt. When we go to pick the car up, if he gives me a 2000.00 «recommended replacement parts» list, I will never go back again.

Bought 4 tires there. Got a nail in one a few months later. They tried to charge me to plug because I hadn’t bought the repair plan. Other places include this w purchase of 4 tires. Long waits before check in are the norm. After this set of tires will not return. Poor service

Been to this location a few times and never had a problem, needed two front tires and an alignment also said I really needed my car by a certain time and they said they would call me ahead of time to let me know if they would meet that time frame since they had others ahead. And they did call and were able to get it done in time and everything else too
