My wife and I began our quest to replace our daughters old mattress at this store. We met Breanne and she told her what she was looking for. She listened patiently and directed us toward the options that fit her criteria. She found a mattress that she loves. We were so impressed with Breanne’s knowledge and professionalism that we allowed our other daughter to replace her mattress too… and bought new pillows! Thank you Breanne for all your help!!!

I purchased a mattress here from the manager who lied to us about the price that we would be paying. We used their special financing and where told it would be $ 100 a month but it was $ 100 every two weeks. We had the mattress returned and where told it would stop payments from coming out of our checking. The payment came out any way and the finance company said it takes Mattress Firm weeks to let them know of a return to stop payment. I have been trying to call the store and no one is answering the phone. I would not recommend this place even if you are buying in cash. The manager lies and the employees have no clue what is going on.
