FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I had a great experience! Josh the sales guy was very patient and helpful when I was in there printing out my save the dates. I really needed his patience since these save the dates are very important to me! When it comes time to print out menus and programs I will be going to a FedEx!

I needed to overnight some very important paperwork. I had already printed out a label.
Unfortunately my label was a day old and the attendant reprinted to ensure there were not issues. I have been to this location a couple of times and the folks there are very helpful in printing and shipping services.
I will go again for my shipping needs :-)

I’ve used this particular location for copies, document printing, and shipping. Every single time they’ve been helpful and accomodating. The pricing on some of their services I think is a little outrageous, but in a pinch it is better than being document-​less for a meeting or presentation.
Be advised: they are usually ill staffed on the weekends, so make sure you know what you want and need, otherwise you’ll be waiting for the 1 employee to be freed up before they can help you troubleshoot their services.

Unless I have no other choice, I will never use fedex again. I have used fedex, ups and DHL many many times before and never had a problem. Today, I was waiting for a very important contract to arrive at my business. After checking the website many times it was finally posted that the driver couldn’t find my business. OMG … My office is in a popular office park which has a fedex box to drop off packages 24 hours. I called and complained and was told that the driver simply couldn’t find me and they could retry tomorrow or I can pick up the package at the fedex office, Which i did because i needed it today .Very obvious, the driver just didn’t wAnt to do his job today. He was probably asleep somewhere. I have sent emails all wAy up to everyone at fedex and I am waiting for a response.
