The service was horrible. I placed my order. I stay in baypoint by Deanza Gardens. I waited 20 minutes and drove, then waited an extra 15min after walking in for my order and dealt with gossiping girls than excellent service. Get home and my Pizza had more sauce then cheese.

*late post* I attempted to add a review at the time of my interaction(which took place in late Dec.) when I learned that that this location was open I decided to order a 20 piece wing street wings. I ordered them well done, however when I received them they were visibly not well done, but since I was already back at work there wasn’t much I could do. When I bit into the second wing juice dripped from inside and the meat was pink at the bone. I was beyond disgusted with being given undercooked poultry. Needless to say I took the chicken back, and the manager took the chicken and began ripping into all the remaining wing(I guess to see if I was lying) only to find all the other wings were still pretty much raw inside. The one star is because the girl up front was polite and patient, and I got my money back with no hassle. They get ZERO stars for issuing raw chicken!

This company has the worst customer service! Ordered here twice, each time items were missing from our order. The first time I did not even hassle with driving all the way back get the missing item. This time I had enough, but dealing with the manager is useless! He is the most unprofessional, ignorant character and he needs to be educated not to interrupt the customer when they are talking. He treats people like they are beneath him. Let’s see how many repeat customers he gets with that type of attitude. I will never return to this location.

I ordered online and they delivered my pizza without a topping. Delivery person called in to let management know, he returns later with a bag of soggy veggies to «sprinkle» on my pizza. Pizza wasn’t hot. This is what I get for trying to be frugal and hoping for good service and good pizza which I don’t claim for this location. Was excited about a pizza hut here. Ordered Mi pizzas and they don’t tell you the best offers they have only the big box meal and that’s it, after I brought up the 7.99 deal they acknowledge it. They messed up my order with missing topping and they remake. What made it worse they girl told her manager the issue and he didn’t even apologize or a knowledge it just continued to count the money from the register. This is second order and second time they mess up plus first order it barely had any cheese on pizza which I see other people are posting pics of same issue.

Ended up ordering a stuffed Hawaiian Pizza today for my family. Great over phone customer service, Calling in a young lady was friendly and seemed pretty out going, even though it sounded busy i wasnt rushed or anything. It was delivered on time and the pizza was good. seemed recently baked with fresh ingredients. 4 stars because i Haven’t walked in the location yet but thats another story

We called an order over the phone. We’re regulars ordering from Pizza Hut so we know what we pay every time it’s around the same amount give or take a few dollars. So we ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and a pasta. The young lady that took our order over the phone said the total was $ 36 and some change. We were grocery shopping at the time we called in the order, but when my husband mentioned our total to me I knew it was wrong. We called back and the young lady who took our order said that we «didn’t press the coupon» … Tell me, how do you press a coupon button over the phone? My husband clearly said over the phone that we’d like the 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $ 7.99. Long story short our total was really only $ 23 and some change. Big difference right? Make sure you know what you’re paying for! *IMUPDATINGTHELASTPARTOFMYINITIALREVIEW* We just got home and my husband already starting eating dinner while I was putting away groceries. I come and notice our pizza order was WRONG! We asked for white sauce, but got red instead. I called and spoke to Jasmine, the girl who took our order and over charged us at first. I told her about our order, and she simply said that it was our fault, and once we left the door it was on us that our order was wrong. EXCUSEME? She went on to ask if she handed us our order, or if someone else did. The man in the back handed us our order and she said«yeah he wasn’t supposed to do that I don’t know why he did that.» She asked us if we ate the pizza already, and when I asked to speak to the manager there, she first said he wasn’t there but then said he wasn’t available to speak on the phone. Um, OK. She offered for us to bring the pizzas back, and said that people do this to get free pizza and whatever — I simply wanted to let her know our order was wrong and I was expecting some kind of genuine customer service to fix the issue. Like I’m REALLY going to drive all the way back for something THEY messed up on?! No! I was very calm and polite with her over the phone, but I let her know we will not be ordering from them again. The customer service is horrible and I so not agree with the way this situation was handled tonight. Very highly disappointed.

I was so excited to see they finally opened one close to home. Sad to give it a three rating. Don’t know if it was a bad day or what. The young lady up front was friendly, the guy boxing the orders although really busy maintained his composure. But I ordered online 4:4ish said the order would be ready by 5:03. A couple who came in after me ordered there and waited, got their pizza before me. I continued to wait patiently. I know it wasn’t the young lady’s fault she kept asking the others where my order was… I finally left at about 5:30 and my pizza was cold by the time I got home 4 minutes later. One was marked with the wrong order number so it was probably sitting there the whole time. She made several apologies but her boss was right there and said nothing. He could have at least offered his own apology and threw in some bread sticks for my long wait… I still love Pizza Hut pizza but it may be a minite before I try them again

Since this is a new pizza Hut I thought I’d give it a try. I wish I hadn’t. They don’t honor online pricing even when the online ordering isn’t working. I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 pizza literally had no cheese on it. I didn’t want to pay for extra cheese but some cheese is standard. Geez! The guy on the phone was polite but whoever he kept having to ask questions to was rude and very short with him. I definitely won’t be going back unless I’m beyond desperate. I’m giving 2 stars since they showed up when they said they would.

Service is terrible. They don’t deliver on time and they do not deliver the full delivery. The delivery guy only brought part my order and said«oh uh I’ll be right back we only around the corner». Took him 20 to get back, Smh. Never again I tell ya.

I was excited to see this location had opened. Even more excited when I saw a Pizza Hut commercial on television with a great offer advertised. Went online to order and found out none of the special offers are available at this location! What a bummer! I was craving to have Pizza Hut! I remember the last location that was in Pittsburg area in the Walmart plaza years ago before it shut its doors. The Pizza Hut on Contra Loma is a bit out of the way for me. Well I ended up ordering from the new Mountain Mikes since they had some deals offered on there website. I wasn’t gonna pay $ 13 dollars for a pizza here that they have nationally advertised for $ 6.99.

I really wanted to give zero stars. In my case, I don’t blame the workers for my horrible experience, i blame the upper management of this franchise. They are obviously ridiculously understaffed at this location. I placed my order for delivery(on a Saturday evening) and was given a one hour time frame. After waiting an hour and a fifteen minutes, I gave a call and was told that my order had been sitting there ready for 10 minutes and was still waiting for an available delivery driver. At that point, I decided to cancel my order and pick up some pizzas elsewhere to feed my hungry family. 2 hours after my initial pizza Hut order, even though I cancelled it, a delivery driver showed up at my door with my order having never been notified of my cancellation…2 hours later! Not only does this franchise not carry the same promotions as online, but they also seem to be way understaffed. They have lost a customer for sure.

I’ve been wrote Pizza Hut off due to the fails at the surrounding locations but this one brought hope back! Pizza Hut has always been my favorite and I was crossing my fingers hoping they would do me right since this is a new location. I ordered through the mobile site very simple and very detailed. Arrived at Pizza Hut to pick up my order ten minutes later. They appeared to be busy but everything running smoothly. They acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and told me my estimated wait time. Just a few minutes… The manager seemed to be coaching the new employees and they were working hard. I loved it! I knew my food was going to be good! Looked over my food before leaving pizza, wings, breadsticks, brownie all looked AMAZING! I almost drooled on the counter. I didn’t though! Lol I had so much to carry the manager he was so nice he told me «I got this» and walked me to my car helping me carry everything!(Jaw drop) I was so happy! They deserve 5+ stars! I can finally eat Pizza Hut again!!!

Great experience with the three workers I dealt with here. Both phone people and the delivery boy were amazingly nice. Glad Pizza Hut opened up a convenient place by me. Thank you new crew :) Ps. The pizza was amazing, exactly what I ordered and in perfect time!
