Best bike shop I’ve ever been to. My wife Teresa and I were in town on vacation and really wanted to go for a good road ride. Will, the owner didn’t have any road bikes available, however went out of his way to hook us up with awesome bikes. Yep, incredible service, never experienced anything like it. Will mapped out our ride, and had us on our way. We had a blast, the highlight of our vacation. Thanks again Will. You ROCK man! We really appreciate you and will be back next time we’re in town.

I had a Cannondale needing shifter repair. I went to a bike shop near PV Mall, they asked me to leave the bike so they could look at it. They called and said «parts would be cost between $ 149 — $ 189» depending on where they could find them «plus labor» to install the parts. I explained that I couldn’t afford that repair and picked up the bike… they kept the parts they removed (something I didn’t think was significant at the time). Some months later I took the bike to Will at Moon Valley, he told me that not having some of the parts the other shop removed made the repair process a little more difficult but in total he expected it to cost less then $ 100 for parts and labor combined. The bike was fixed, it shifts like new, and the total cost of the repair was considerably under $ 100! They were great people with whom to work, they kept me posted on their search for parts and they did a great job without gouging me. 5 Stars for integrity, honesty and good workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone for any bicycle needs, whether buying a bike or repairing one.
