Things started off great until I noticed more and more that my daughter was getting hurt. It went from scratches to bites to bruises and then the last straw, a bruised and swollen head and eye that looked like she got punched. You may of heard of me, I’m the parent that finally put my foot down to this day ares mess. I confronted the owner about my daughter being bullied and he yelled at me in front of everyone including my child because I didn’t how careless his staff was then kicked us out like trash! I had never been so hurt for my daughter and offended by someone whose in charge of her well being while I’m at work so I shared my feedback on Facebook about how horrible they were to my daughter and me. Come to find out, comment after comment of parents who hated this place because of the same issues and because they’re dirty. They have roaches and your kid will be picked up with snot all over their nose and their outfits filthy. So many concerns. I filed a police report, filed a complaint to the state, and my Facebook feedback shared so much that our story was aired exclusively on ABC15 news channel. I’d really second guess this daycare. They’re cheap and provide diapers and wipes but I rather go spend $ 20 or more a month at a different facility I know I can trust. Thank you.

I took my kids to Kreative Kampus for the first and only time they’ll ever be at a daycare facility. I probably have a bias because I’ve never tried another daycare. Registration was pretty easy and I was able to take then the next day which was huge since we unexpectedly had to start childcare. When I took them in the morning I was hesitant, but was reassured by seeing the facility and the teachers. Everything seemed like it might have worked out. I went to work and called to check on my kids a couple of times and the lady was really nice about giving me updates. When I picked them up, my heart sank and I felt like I was l was the worst mom in the world. My kids were filthy and there were SO many kids for one teacher. I was upset that I couldn’t take my kids their own food; instead they are fed the same«balanced diet»(ha) as they have in public schools(where pizza counts as a vegetable and rice krispies are on the food pyramid). Needless to say, the kids didn’t eat much the whole time they were there. One day when I was getting there from work two staff members were having a conversation and one was repeatedly using profanity in front of me(how very unprofessional, can’t imagine what they talk about when the parents aren’t around!) The final straw was when I picked up my son and noticed he had dried blood in his nose. He told me on the way home that one of the kids hit him. I understand accidents happen with kids but it made me angry that I had to hear it from my son instead of one of the staff. Nobody seemed to care; I wonder if anyone even noticed? Needless to say, my son still worries every morning and asks me please not to go to daycare and sometimes even cries about it in his sleep. He will never go back. Alas, they take drop ins and have reasonable prices and great hours. If it’s an absolute necessity, your kids will be fed and survive. Don’t expect much else.
