Unfortunately my computer died. Windows refused to open. Took it to Data Doctors to get it fixed. I explained the problem and the fact that the computer was less than a year old. Instead of addressing the problem he attempts to sell me on a «full review package» that included checking hardware and 50 other things that had nothing to do with getting windows to open. The price…$ 250. I told him to forget it and took it to Fry’s down the road. They addressed the problem and fixed it for $ 80. Don’t know if Data Doctors would have done a good job with the computer or not so I figured 3 stars would be a fair score.
