of course the pizza here is the same as all the others which I think is pretty darn good. but I have to say the service at this location has always been poor. I actually go to the Palm Valley store and western Roundrock store and Leander quite often. No matter who’s working at those stores the customer service seems to always be friendly and prompt and understanding. papa Murphy’s website and online ordering is horrible!!! by the admission of several other stores employees n Mgmt. they always have problems with their online ordering process. The Pflugerville store however has such unconcerned employees that they just say that it’s the users fault. when the dude at register won’t even look me in the eye and continually completely dismisses my issues… I have a real problem with this ! this is the third time I’ve been in the store and I swear after time 2 this is the last time. I drove 10 miles across town to another store. I will never step foot in the store again. The employees here are the most unfriendly unhelpful of almost any kind of store I’ve ever been in.

I don’t know why this place gets bad marks! This is a «TAKE AND BAKE» place. The crew is always friendly, the store is always spotless, and the pizza is as good as it gets because I am the one who designs it all the way down to the crust. The Herb Chicken Mediterranean is one of the best I’ve ever had! They seem to have loads of discount coupons around, and the De-​Lite Crust is great! Most other pizza crusts overpower the flavor of the sauce, meats and veggies, but not this one. In my opinion, Papa Murphy’s is one of the best pizza places around. I like good food that I can make my at leisure at a reasonable price. I found it!
If you don’t follow the directions right or put strange toppings on it, that might explain the low marks some people give it. If you haven’t tried Papa Murphy’s yet, give it a try.

We like this location and the staff! It’s a bit tucked away. We got a good deal yesterday with 2 pizzas and a 2 liter soda for $ 16.99
It isn’t the best pizza in the world but it can be exactly to your liking and they always seem to have coupons. Sometimes the baking times are off though. We needed a little bit more than 18 mins to get our pies cooked through but that could have been our oven as well.

People are great and the food is always just how I want it. Went in the other night 4 minutes before they closed and got NO ATTITUDE… not even an eye roll. I really like this place.

Food is good (if they have not run out of what you want by 7PM on a Friday.)
Being able to complain to ANYONE affiliated with the company is A JOKE.
Don’t even bother contacting corporate — I’m not sure they even exist. No number to call or email address — just a form that no one responds to. I guess $ 10 pizzas do not pay for a lot of office staff
I filled out a survey for a discount and they presented me with an EXPIRED coupon.
If anyone knows who owns these franchises — I’d love to hear from you.

My family wanted some pizza for dinner so my wife suggested to pick up 2 of the 5 dollar pizzas that they offer. So with having my 2 and 3 year old with me i decided to go through the drive thru. I told the young lady what i wanted just 2 of the 5 dollar pepperoni pizza. she told me they were out and if i wanted them i would have to come in and order it. I said fine not wanting to drag my young kids in the store i said give me 2 pepperoni pizza. Guess what i handed her my credit card she swiped it and handed it o me along with 2 large pepperoni pizza. What the hell You just sold me 2 pizza 10 bucks each with no wait but i asked for the 5 dollar pizza that was ready to go. I feel like i got ripped off. I sent a email to corperate had check the box to have them call me guess what no response.
The company is untrustworthy and really dont care to make it right

As for Pizza places go, let me just say that Papa Murphy’s is pretty good. It’s funny cause at first you look at the Pizza’s and they aren’t much to look at but the taste and the toppings they use are spectacular. The Greek pepperoni was excellent and the customer service that I got was excellent as well. Truly I am a fan

Just lost my business. Tried to order a pizza through the pick up window and they would not let me. It’s 3pm, no one was there but they couldn’t help me
So they lost my 20 in pizza for today and every week to come

I love the fact that you can purchase items from them with lonestar. The layered pizza is very filling & fresh cookie dough is amazing!

The Taco Pizza is YUMMY!

I normally like this place however tonight they were not friendly and did a crappy job making the pizza’s. I ordered a stuffed pizza and the guy who took my order did it wrong and I had to stop the people making the pizza when they started doing it wrong. I also ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and they wrapped it so poorly that when I got home to put the pizza in the oven the paper that has the directions had the toppings and sauce stuck to the back of it. I was not happy. Not only was the employee’s rude and the manager who was right there did nothing to stop it but they created a mess out of the pizza. OH and not to mention that the area where they make the food was just covered in left over toppings and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few hours. Now that I have made the pizza I really don’t want to eat it.

Always great fresh ingredients and the nices employees. My nephew arrived at 8:54 pm and they close at 9, but they were more than happy to make us two pizzas. I am always recoomending this place and bring in all my out of town relatives to enjoy great pizza.

My parents and I have been wanting to try this place since they opened. I had a coupon for the chicago stuffed pizza for $ 10 and two sides for $ 5. I ordered the chicago but family sized it for $ 2 more, the cinnamon and cheese sticks. It seemed like they were short staff because the cashier had to take my order then make my pizza, but when a customer comes in to order, he would stop making my pizza and taking order. Luckily two more employees showed up almost 10 minutes later. One guy was getting the dough and sauce prepped then it was handed to the lady to put the toppings on and covering the pizza. The pizza and cheese sticks were good. The cinnamon sticks were very cinnamon-​y. It sure was a FAMILY SIZE pizza. My husband, parents, and I couldn’t even finish half the pizza.

It’s nice to have hot pizza right from the oven and no pans to clean! I’ve only had their Hawaiian pizzas, but dough and toppings are fresh. On Valentine’s day, they had a large heart shaped pizza called the «heart baker»… great for a date night in and only $ 6. You can sign up online for their eClub to get coupons.

My Pizzas were prepared EXACTLY as I requested with pink sauce. Even got them to make a white pie perfectly for me (sans tomatoes) — Both employees (I dealt with Brian) were courteous and seemed to enjoy their jobs. In spite of what others have said, I believe this location has hit its stride. I’ll be going there regularly. and getting more raw cookie dough. ;)
Pflugervillians for whatever reason like to rate good places poorly, and bad places (like a German restaurant that doesn’t have Spaetzel) as being superb. I’m going to start reversing this trend in a one-​man attempt to save Pflugervillians from sub-​standard noms. :)

Papa Murphy’s is definitely a different concept. I was pretty hesitant when they opened this location — the whole ‘cook it at home’ thing seemed pretty weird. I can say for sure I’m a convert, though.
The problem with delivered pizza is that it usually takes an hour and the pizza’s less than fresh by the time it gets delivered. With Papa Murphy’s, I can go pick up a pizza on my way home, throw it in the oven, and get hot, fresh pizza in less time than it would take to get it delivered. Sure, it requires a little more work but it’s worth it.
Besides the convenience, the pizza is REALLY good. Fresh dough, good toppings, and nothing frozen. I spent college working in the kitchen of a locally owned pizza joint, so I know when a kitchen’s run well and this place is. The stuffed pizza is thick and fantastic, but you can still eat it without resorting to a knife and fork.
Oh, and it’s pretty cheap, too — I just picked up a large pepperoni for $ 6.

This place recently opened so I thought I would give it a try. This business does not deliver nor do they bake the pizza. So you go in and order off a selection chart. We ordered the Papa’s favorite family size. We took it home and baked as instructed and as we had not eaten that day we were all starving. We took it out of the oven and I noted gosh there is no cheese to be seen. But it was BURIED in toppings of onion and bell pepper. The crust was great but thats about it. The onioins and bell pepper just took over the taste and they were raw as 18 minutes didn’t begin to cook the toppings. OMG was it horrible. The dog wouldn’t touch it.
I called manager explaining our less than stellar appreciation of the pizza and was told well there is nothing I can do about it. I tried the survery but the options didn’t have the issue listed and would not go forward. Went to the web site for the corporate headquarters, wrote it up asked to be contacted never heard a word.
So we had to drive to this place, wait 15 minutes for them to make the pizza, take it home, cook it and spend 14.0 for the honor of having a horrible pizza. It was supposed to have meat and cheese and veggies. Well it had the veggies if you call tons and I mean TONS of stong onion, bell pepper. THere was a ton of black olives to I have to say. The meat was very scarce and the cheese was no where to be seen.
Y U C K !!! And boo hiss on their customer care. They clearly do not care.
Skip this nasty pizza, there are so many much better one’s out there.
