Papa John’s Pizza

We ordered two pizzas one small or 10 inch for 10 $ and one medium or 12 inch for 14 $ with tax and delivery fee it was rounded up to 29 $. The problem, aside from the price being rounded up was that both pizzas despite what the box said were small. When we called to address the issue we were told they would «bring us more pizza». It was nearly 9:20 by that time since it took them nearly an hour to make and bring them to us… And truth be told, it wasn’t very good. Needless to say, we are not happy and will not be back.

Pappa pizza is always good. Just need to be more careful when marking the boxes.

The people NEVER got my pizza right. EVER. Now, when in school, I used to frequent a sub shop that I swear the folks there were on Qualudes all the time. However they never made a mistake and the subs to this day are still the best I ever had. These folks seem to be high on something but NEVER get it right. Complaints to Papa John’s are NEVER EVER answered. When I see Papa on the Television during sports events, I just flip him the finger. GET. YOUR. PIZZA. ELSEWHERE.

We order from here every once in awhile. Most of the time it is just ok. This time however, downright awful. I placed order online at 7:40, confirmation email said it would take 35 – 45 minutes. After an hour waiting I called, got put on hold, then a girl came on and said that our order had just left the store. She apologized and said they could offer us some kind of credit, I said that would work. She put me on hold, then came back and said they could not do that. I’m sitting here at 9:10 with no pizzas. It takes 8 – 10 minutes to get from store to my house. Been almost 25 since I called. Never ordering from here again.

Well at least the pizza is good. It’s standard Papa John’s with regard to the food, however the management seems to be lacking. I don’t order from here nearly as much as I used to because it’s like Russian roulette to see if your order is done correctly and around the estimated time. During some of my longer waits for my pizza I’ve tried to figure out what causes the decent into kitchen madness. As best I can tell it seems to be that they get busy and need more staff, so the youthful on duty manager decides to help make the pizzas. This choice is distracting enough that he can’t see when the next part of the business is going off the rails. One thing leads to another and pretty much you might as well give up on your pizza. It’s clearly well intentioned, and I’m sure the poor kid doesn’t know what else to do, but somebody needs to help him understand the importance of managing.

Pizza was decent, it was pizza. This isn’t the closest Papa John’s to me, but for some reason their website thinks so. Anyway, pizza came in the 30 – 40 minute estimate, barely. Was warm, not hot. Almost needed microwaved… I asked for one to be square cut and both were cut the normal pizza way. I’ll give them another try sometime, but it wasn’t anything great.

I have been ordering a lot from them for delivery the past month. Just moved here from a small town that didn’t have a papa johns. I have been very pleased. I am in an area with a lot of construction and detours. I have always got just what I ordered and it is always very warm, especially for a delivery. They have been very friendly and always on time.

Horrible customer service!!! I overheard the employee (who was taking my order over the phone) tell the manager he thought I was lying. When he got back on the phone, I told him I wasn’t lying. First, he denied saying that. Then, he blamed the manager for saying it. When I asked to speak to the manager, he put me on hold indefinitely. I called back twice. Both times, they picked up the phone and hung it up.

Idiots, that is all… order from anywhere else

Pizza tastes bad, they gave no pizza sauce for the cheese sticks and the cookie was burned. I don’t feel like I need to say more. Don’t waste your $ 30. Horrible.

I ordered their heart shaped special today. Unfortunately it was horrible! I’m attaching pictures. It took an hour to get here and was cold, and NOT cut! Papa John’s drop the ball on this one totally. I’m 8 months pregnant and very disappointed in my Valentines Eve meal! Brownie looks burnt too!
I’ve ordered at least 5 times before and it has been very inconsistent. Warm to cold pizza and delivery time varies. The only reason I begin to order from them is the there’s no Pville Dominoes any longer and Papa Murphys doesn’t deliver and being pregnant with an almost 3 year old I need a good reasonably priced pizza delivery spot.
So disappointing!

The place is disorganized! Waited over 30 min for an online order. The manager is unprofessional and incompetent. Will not be coming here again.

Been going to this Papa Johns for a few years now. its like any other Papa Johns. The pizzas are consistent in taste with other Papa Johns, the people we’ve dealt with have been friendly. We have never gotten delivery. We always pick up and its always been finished by the time we arrive. Nice, fresh of greasy goodness.
We order at Papa Johns online so we can earn those frequent buyer type points for a free pizza. Their site is easy to maneuver and there always some type of special or coupons. Will continue to come here as we’ve never had problems.

We ordered pizza online tonight. The order took more than an hour even though our pizza left the store 45 mins prior to being delivered. Needless to say our pizza was cold and management wasn’t helpful either. I will not be ordering from this location and probably staying away from Papa Johns altogether. Stay away

This used to be a great pizza place and now it’s inconsistent at best. I have had three bad experiences here. First time I had a bad experience I ordered triple cheese and the pizzas showed up cold and barely covered in cheese. So I called and they said my next one would be free. Yeah I’m willing to give you another chance, you’ve been great until now. Second time I tried to call and get the free pizza delivered they awarded me for my bad order and instead of delivering it they left it for pick up and then when I called to see where the driver was they said it was at the counter. They then delivered another bad pizza to me almost an hour later. Third time they called me 20 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be delivered to let me know it was going to be late. Really? Never ordering pizza from Papa Johns again. Stay away from this one in particular, I think there are a bunch of uncaring teenagers running the place.

I placed an order for six large pizzas and one two liter drink. The pizza was cold they didn’t bring my drink. So I called back said they would bring the drink and give an extra. Ok people make mistakes. Then they send me the wrong drink so I called back to get the diet drink as I had order. This was to feed my employees. The worst part is the delivery driver arguing that I had not ordered any drinks. I know what I ordered. He says well it was not on the ticket so you didn’t pay for it, he says. Well that’s not the point. Someone dropped the ball and it wasn’t me. He has the audacity to argue with me. Bad customer is all I can say. I’ll never order from them again. $ 109.00 order that’s B.S.

Awesome Papa John’s in town. I always get my pizza freshly hot and on time. They are great for delivery!

Ok so it’s a national chain, there’s nothing amazing about the food or ingredients. With that said, however, I have to say this location has always had superb accuracy, delivery time, and service. Paired with the rock-​bottom «pizza chain pricing», I’d say go for it unless you’re expecting something special.

We always pick up our pizza (my parents are the ones who live in Pville, and they just CAN’T IMAGINE paying for delivery, lol). We have never had bad pizza from this location. They usually have coupons in the entertainment book (which is also a plus for my parents). Also, the guys who work the counter are especially nice. On occasion they even give me extra peppers because they know we are loyal and that we love the peppers. LOL. They understand customer service and they do their best to work quickly when they have people waiting. Like it! And what is better than picking up pizza and movie rentals (Hollywood video is a few doors down).

It’s so delicious. There Italian Sausage is the BOMB!!! And it’s cheesy too! Pepperoni is the best. I would prefer papa john’s over pizza hut’s anyday!
