Delivered on time, within the time estimated, still warm and my microwave made it delicious. I have no complaints. My pepperoni and beef medium traditional crust pizza was excellent.

I normally love Mr. Gattis above most others, I grew up down the street from one. But this one disappointed me. I ordered online a sampler pizza among others, my receipt clearly shows that. When I opened it after delivery it was very sloppily put together, and a little less than half of it was cheese w no topping. Not what I ordered, but tolerable. I called back in and first spoke with an employee; I explained the mistake and he then said He’d get a manager for me. Not sure if he doesn’t know how to use the mute feature but he set the phone down to talk to his manager, I heard everything he said, then he came back on the line(didn’t allow me to speak with a manager) and informed me that it was ordered online this way and I would have to deal with it. I told him that my receipt proved my point and that he’d have to come up with a different excuse. He then offered to send the correct pizza to me. I’m still waiting. I won’t order from here again and will be calling corporate. Management here doesn’t seem to care to make their customers happy. I’m so disappointed.

I was so disappointed with this place. I usually order from them because I love their pizza but today my order was not only 2 hrs late but when I tried talking to the manager to get some kind of refund or something, she gave me attitude and blame the whole thing on me. So unprofessional on her part. Won’t be ordering from them anymore.

Is it the greatest pizza? No. But it’s reasonably good and vaguely — only vaguely — reminds me of my beloved Round Table Pizza. But I won’t be going back, thanks to my experience on their 45th Anniversary Day. $ 4.50 one-topping pizzas. Sweet! Except that I ordered two pepperoni pizzas online at 4:36 for pickup at 5:25 and when I got there at 5:25 they weren’t ready. Did the folks working there seem to give a poop? Nope. The manager was joking with the other employees(one point of mirth seemed to be her use of the old-fashioned pizza wheel cutter instead of the bit curved cutty thing). At 5:50 I finally managed to get an employee to check on the status of my order(beyond just checking all of the pizzas piled up to see if my name was there) and he came back and told me it would be another 25 – 30 minutes. Meanwhile I was due to pick up my autistic sons from my ex-wife’s house in Round Rock at 6:00(why was I at the Pflugerville Gatti’s instead of Round Rock? They do a better job in Pflugerviile; the pies at the Red Bud/Gattis School Gatti’s are consistently undercooked, even if you ask for extra bake time, but that’s a whole other story). So I bailed, intending to come back with my kids, which I did. Except that the place was even more chaotic than it had been when I’d been there earlier. The line was waaaaay out the door and the drive-through was at least a dozen cars deep. Not a good situation when I have two autistic kids in tow, so I threw in the towel and got carry-out from Pizza Hut instead. They said it would be ready at 7 and, guess what? It was ready at 7. I understand it was crazy busy today due to the special, but when you order a pizza for pickup at a specific time, well in advance, shouldn’t it be ready then, instead of walk-ins getting priority? It’s just good business, and Gatti’s just lost mine for good.

My boyfriend and I order from Gatti’s a couple of times a month, especially on those nights I just don’t feel like cooking, or we’ve both had busy days. Typically, I order online, but I recently had a credit to use so I called in. Candy took our order, and I had asked if they had anything with chocolate, since I was CRAVING it. She mentioned they used to have a chocolate pizza, but it wasn’t on the menu any longer. Oh well, worth asking! The delivery guy just brought our order, and in a bag was a bunch of CHOCOLATETOOTSIEROLLS and a hand written note from, Candy! It was so thoughtful of her to go above and beyond for my chocolate craving! THANKYOU, CANDY!

Super-great! Tastes like the old Pizza Hut I grew up on back in the 80’s &90’s. I think Pizza Hut sold their old recipes to Gatti’s Pizza.

Okay, I ordered from them once, got a Italian Meats combo pizza or something like that, it was really good! So, I did not want to cook tonight, so I dropped by, to order one of those, I stood at the counter for about ten minutes, no one knew I was there, I did not feel like making a scene, just wanted to see if anyone there,(3 employees) would pay any attention to the counter, never happened. The delivery guy showed up, asked if I needed some help, I said thank you, I want that Italian meats combo thing. He had no idea what I was talking about, and they have no menus or anything like that, and the one person that would know was on the phone. I left, had a beer next door and came back hoping she would be off the phone, she was no where to be found, and they could not help me, so I left for good, went to HEB, and bought a Digorno’s. I will not return to this Gatti’s again. Makes me sad, it is right by my house. :( The only reason they got 2 stars, is because that pizza I had one time was pretty damn good.

Really good thin crust pizza. They stay open later than most places and have a well light safe drive thru.
