Domino’s Pizza

It’s been forever since I’ve ordered from Dominos. I rarely order pizza and always assume other pizzas must be better. But tried them tonight and their Pacific hand tossed veggie pizza was awesome. Delivery was quick and it arrived hot and delicious. Also tried their Chocolate lava crunch cake, yummy!

Wow! Very fast! Hot delicious pizza! And very friendly delivery guy! We’re switching our preferred delivery pizza!

There has been a vast improvement with this location. Every order is always made to perfection and the delivery time is great as well. Great service all around.

I ordered the 2 any special. Wanted to try something other than papa johns but looks like that was a mistake. My pizza was totally cut wrong. Tough to think its a difficult task to evenly cut a pizza. I also ordered the wings that tasted fresh out the microwave. Not happy. Pizza was decent.

Ordered a cheese pizza and another veg pizza using their app and got 2 veg pizzas. I reordered a cheese pizza and this time they made sure they added bacon bits to it. I do not eat bacon so threw away the pizza. It is not always about the money but the disappointment of an unfilled meal

They keep doing an awesome job delivering to my work — fast, courteous driver, awesome pizza that we have to let cool down before eating. Great business, yall.

I have ordered a few times from my home and the pizza that I order is never consistent. Nonetheless it usually tastes ok. Well its been a while since I’ve ordered from them and I was babysitting at my sisters house so we ordered a thin crust large pizza. OMG it was horrible! It seemed like it was hours old, extremely cold, and just tasted like cardboard even after reheating it. I will never order again! That’s to much money for something to taste like a communion wafer with toppings.

Domino’s Pizza is pretty standard fast food pizza. If you order too many toppings (3 or more) then the pizza will be undercooked and the dough will be mushy. If you only order pepperoni or cheese then you’re all set. I’ve never had any problem with the pizza taking too long to get to our house but it’s never as hot or fresh as it should be. The only reason we order from here instead of Little Caesars sometimes is because LC crust tastes like cardboard and we get sick of it.
The delivery people are always nice and I’ve never received a messed up order so that’s one of their saving graces.
The new toppings and flavors aren’t all they’re cracked up to be.
Mediocre pizza that’s a little too costly. I also don’t like paying for delivery AND facing the driver who expects another tip. I’d rather tip the driver the way I used to… as a reward for a job well done. I don’t want to tip for a cold, greasy pizza that could have been cooked and treated better.
Too much money for inferior food.
At least I don’t have to take off my PJs and leave the house. Nice for when I’m studying for a test or doing homework.

I like the pizza since they have made changes, and the online ordering is very easy, but… the pizza is just not consistent. Last time, the thin crust pizza was well done and who want a semi burnt pizza!!! Sometimes the pizza is decent, so I guess its hit or miss (I guess you get what you pay for). I always carry out, and as for customer service, they always speak when I walk in the store so that works for me.

Never had any problems with this Dominos. Always get my pizzas and wings quickly and they are always hot. I’ve never had an issue with a delivery driver. They are always polite and respectful. Most of the bad reviews here are from ignorant people who probably don’t tip. Tip your driver or STFU. I worked deliver for tips for a couple years, so I can sympathize. I always prioritized my big tippers in terms of delivery of orders. Not saying that this is what Dominos does, because I don’t know. I just tip well and get the service I pay for.

I dread Domino’s, but I enjoy the food from this location. They’ve been consistently delicious for the last 7 months of ordering. Before that was a different location over on Parmer, which blew (for lack of better term.) I’m happy, the drivers smile and are socially awkward, and (usually) the toppings are evenly placed. This tipped my 3.75 stars to a full 4, being that I have OCD tendencies.

I was very happy to visit this domino’s pizza place and get some good stuff to fill my hunger, but there is a lady made my day soooo bad. Seriously, if you don’t wanna work and give shitty service to customers… why are you working? I know that you need to make some money, but at least be nice to customers (you might get nice tip) I just don’t understand.

but the lady who works there doesn’t know what kind of coupons they sent to customers and saying «I don’t know what this is and how it works.»

NEVER AGAIN

I am not sure why this Domino’s has such a bad rep. We’ve been ordering from this domino’s for several years now and have only had a problem on one or two occasions. With that being said, I did call and speak to someone and the issues were addressed by either a replacement delivered quickly or they add a free item to my account based on my phone number– so the customer service is great!
I always order online and I always order the two for 5.99 each 2-​topping medium pizzas, so maybe there is something different than other reviewers. Majority of the time the order is delivered faster than the estimated time. They always end up significantly cheaper than competitors in the area 90% of the time when I am ordering.
I will also say, I choose domino’s not only because of the consistency but because I get free delivery with shoprunner.

Slow as ever getting a pizza. Only reason I go back is that their in walking distance of my house!!!

After a long day of work we decided to grab pizza because it’s simple and fast. Called ahead and placed my order for the 2 large 2 topping with a 2 liter of soda. Asked for my order to be ready about 45 mins after I placed my order due to running errands in the area. And to be well done pizzas. Ended up being done about 15 minutes so I went inside to wait. After waiting for about five minutes I was acknowledged and was informed my order was ready. 10 minutes early. The employee cashing me out had to be reminded about the extra dipping sauces and my soda. Which isn’t the end of the world. However when we got home the bad news bears started. The pizzas were not well done and were beyond soggy. The cheese pizza tasted like cardboard with faux rubber cheese and the ham, onion and onion pizza had no flavor. The bread sticks were beyond greasy and tasted like crap. Par for the course for dominos however the service was terrible. Not a good job dominos.

I remember Domino’s Pizza from my childhood in California. Since then, I have moved to several states and my eating days at Domino’s were history. Or so I thought! I passed by this location and saw the sign stuck next to the street. Now, I don’t recall Domino’s Pizza being all that spectacular, so I was hesitant to try it again. But, it is a Monday night, we had unexpected dinner guests and it’s hard to beat the special. I love the website. It was easy to navigate. I like the variety of toppings offered and the cute animation at the end, showing the status of my pizza, is worth watching. Our pizza was ready in less than fifteen minutes (did I mention the guests are five children?) My husband said the customer service was awesome. The pizza was tasty and the toppings were well distributed. I left feedback on their website, and the manager called me to thank me! When does that happen? I would definitely plan on going back!

I ordered the fettuccini alfredo. Terrible idea. (I know dominos specializes in pizza, but I wasn’t in the mood for it). It tasted like some weird garlic sauce instead of Alfredo. And to add to it, a lot of the noodles were burned and hard. I couldn’t even finish half of it. Very disappointed in the quality of the pasta. The pizza was ok, nothing to brag about! I will try to avoid ordering from Dominos for a while.

We keep seeing ads for Dominios so we thought we would try one. I called the Pflugerville store on Spring Hill and was put on hold for 9 minutes when I hung up and redialed. Second attempt I got someone who after I said I wanted a delivery order they told me they don’t deliver north of SH45. I was told to call the Hutto store. I called there and was told they do not deliver to this area either. So about 5000 homes in Blackhawk and Falcon Subdivisions cannot get a delivery from Dominios. Once again Austin mentality. These business do not provide service to a huge areaa nd let business opportunity just slip on by. Unbelieveable.

I think I wrote a tip too. but I was just totally happy with the level of customer service I received in a store full of teenagers! Whoever their manager/​owner is definitely has picked a good group of kids to run the store.
Oh. and my pizza was good too!
PS– if the mgr is reading this, the tip I wrote, if its dated will tell you what staff Im referring to! Give those kids a raise, or some reward. Teenagers in customer service now-​a-​days are pretty bad!
