I Installed a Nest Thermostat and the A/​C unit was not turning. I called Cool Comfort and Eddie tried to help over the phone by checking some things in the system. Everything was fine, so he came by and looked at everything again. He found out the problem was the Nest not sending power to the A/​C unit outside. Eddie is a great guy, and teaches you while working on the unit. My go to guy for my future A/​C problems. And I will recommend him to everyone.

Hello all. Last night air conditioner quit. It was hot. I called Eddie at 9 am this morning. He came at 4:30 today. Same day. He gets to house, goes right to work and had unit running in 15 minutes. Now he’s explaining how to better take care of it. Notices a pipe not cooling to his liking. Stays to make sure. As we’re talking. He’s a great Christian man, father, husband he noticed a wire that was burnt. Fixed wire for me. Checked the other ones. Added freon. Now house cool as cucumber. Price was way below what we expected to pay. I will recommend Eddie everyday and twice on Sunday. I will now start a yearly maintenance program with him. My new go to guy for air conditioning.

We have had many repairs to our AC unit over the years and this was the best service I have received. Local family owned and operated are just perks to this great business. I will call them anytime I need anything and will send everyone I know here. We called this morning and was fixed before noon! I feel truly blessed it worked out this way at the end of July. I have had to wait weeks w/​o AC for parts before. Thank you again for the truly professional service!

Eddie totally came to our rescue. After not having AC for 7 days b/​c of our crappy home warranty service, this cold-​bearing angel came to our house IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS and fixed our AC up in 4 hours. He was courteous, funny, educational, and just an all-​around great guy. Eddie will now be our AC go-​to guy from this point forward. No joke. He will be honest with you and not steal your hard earned dollars. Call this man NOW. No joke! Thanks, Eddie!

So my A/​C stopped working about a day before my scheduled service with some other company. This other company missed the initial appointment, had to send two different guys out to look at my unit, and then tried to charge me $ 80 for telling me that my A/​C wasn’t working (no kidding?). I wasted my entire day waiting around for them to show up and tell me something I already knew. They offered to sell me a new system for about $ 5K, so I decided it was time to start getting bids. When Eddie from Cool Comfort came by, the first question he asked me was «Are you sure your system needs to be replaced?» Eddie fixed my system by simply replacing a few parts. And, he even adjusted the settings so it’s not as noisy as it used to be. I paid just parts and labor to have my system fixed, saving about $ 4,500 from what every other company in town quoted me.
