This is(I think?) the only drive through in Petaluma and for that I try to be patient when it comes to waiting for my drink. That being said, while customers are patiently waiting for their drinks you would think the staff here would accommodate at least when it comes to their customer service… the baristas here are rude and impatient to say the least and never take account that we wait at least 20 minutes each time we go through the drive through. I’ve never experienced such rude service and think whoever is the manager here should learn how to train their employees. That being said, there is one fabulous barista at this location. Camryn is so sweet and knows exactly what she’s doing. Everyone should take a lesson from her.

I was a frequent customer never use to be like this. They take a ridiculous time to make a coffee. THEYNEEDTOBEFASTER. from ordering window I’m only half way to pickup window and it’s been only 15 minutes. That’s ridiculous last time I give them my money. In need of better and faster training.

This is the slowest Starbucks. Every time. Sometimes in the morning there will be five employees yet nobody even acknowledges the one or two people standing in line. Drive-through is no better.

I am a frequent visitor of many different Starbucks locations, but this is the only one I genuinely felt like customer service is not a thought for the staff! I decided to use the drive thru, and it was by far the longest and slowest line I have ever had to deal with at any Starbucks! When we finally came to the window we were handed one drink immediately, but then had to wait at the window almost 5 minutes for the next drink(both were exactly the same drink). When finally handed the second drink I had to remind the barista to hand me the change because she had completely forgotten. When we finally tried our drinks(Iced Chai) we discovered that there was so little flavor to the drink that we were essentially drinking iced milk. Overall a horrible experience!

Rachel had balls to argue with my husband who is deaf and we asked for one 2% milk iced chai and one nonfat iced chai. We received two 2% iced chai and say that one is nonfat! Clearly she too lazy to use different milk so she poured both same milk and lie about it. Do you realize they can be seen different by color and taste. Nonfat makes iced chai look darker and taste like have some spiced apple juice in it while 2% does not and taste creamy. We promise we will NEVER go to that Starbucks ever again. Treating us Hardcore chai drinkers like we are stupid.

The drive thru wait in the morning is crazy. Fast to park and walk in. Recently bought a breakfast sandwich, the gave me the wrong one — a spinach egg wrap that sent me to the hospital with food poisoning and projectile vomiting. Then when I reported it to Starbucks, they did nothing but want some special code on the wrapping. They didn’t even offer to pay for the breakfast sandwich.

I love me some Starbucks, and frequent this chain far more than I’d like to admit. However, I will not be returning to this location. Slowest service ever! There was plenty of staff, they just all appeared to either be on their own lazy schedule or completely inept. Time to hire some capable register workers and baristas!

Used to have good service here. It’s convenient for me because it’s down the street from where I work. But the past few months, this place has gone downhill. Seems what also came with their remodel was very slow service. 15+ minute wait for a single drink. I’ve been late to work countless times. I hope they can turn around, but in the meantime, think I’ll stick to my close to home Starbucks.

First time reviewing a Starbucks but this place sucks!!! They have to be THE worst as far as service goes! Just a bunch of slackers that don’t seem to care about providing great service! I waited over 10 minutes for two simple drinks and finally a brunette girl with a bad attitude made them after I had to remind her! Terrible service… and the«supervisor» did nothing to better the experience! Won’t be coming back here again!

Drive thru Starbucks are the best! I’ve been there when the the line has taken forever and when it’s been super fast. Employees are very nice– once there was a problem with my order and they took care of it. I will, of course, go back! Especially with kiddos and the car, I’ll take the line vs. getting everyone out!

The drive through has been very slow on multiple occasions. I wouldn’t recommend using the drive through if you are on a schedule. It does seem to be a busy location, which may explain the slow service… Meanwhile, the interior is usually quite messy. I don’t think they do regular sweeps of the café to tidy up. The biggest reason for this low-rating, however, is the MASSIVEAMOUNTOFFLIES. As I’m typing this, I have needed to brush away several that have landed on my screen. They land on the coffee cups, all over the customers, reading materials… Pretty much make sitting at this café a miserable experience.

I hate rating chain restaurants and fast food joints but this Starbucks is especially bad. Even when I have been the only one in line it takes 10 – 15 minutes. The people working here seem to have no concept of customer service. The last time I was here a girl who appeared to have just gotten off work was standing at the counter BSing with the guy behind the counter who was still working. I was the only person in line and waited patiently as 4 more people began to stack up. This lasted for about 5 – 8 minutes before they finally got the hint and she decided to get out of the way. I then had to wait for another 5 minutes for the guy to figure out how to work the register. All this for a chocolate chip cookie… The manager of this store should be fired.

Slowest drive thru experience consistently. Going in is not any faster. If this wasn’t so close to home, this would be my last choice. As I sit here without moving, I wonder if the extra miles of driving would actually be the same amount of time. Staff makes an effort to be friendly, though in does not make up for inefficiency.
