My first time here-​when I was a potential customer and dropping off, the guy was very cordial… when I picked up, he was just awful and plain old mean.

Worst alterations ever and very expensive.
I had a dress and wool uniform pants altered here. They brutally messed them both up. The dress was hemmed uneven– when I pointed it out– they told me it was my «eyes». The wool pants looked like pajamas. Crease was not even visible and they said that they can’t use starch and I would have to pay more for a crease to be put in– what??? I had them lower the waist and hem the pants. I had asked for them to bring the crotch and leg width in. The older Asian woman just kept telling me «we did everything you ask» over and over. But they did not– $ 67 for the alterations to the pants! Insane. Also they charge $ 6 per pair of pants to dry clean. My husbands shirts are never pressed correctly. I have only put up with it this long because they are the closest cleaners to my home. But now I will never come back here again.

Very professional service, inviting atmosphere– they even have cookies for customers! Highly recommend them.

I have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years and I have nothing but great things to say. Great results every time and my clothes are done exactly the way I ask. Their convenient personal bags are really nice for me as I am on the road every week. I use them every week and I have never had an instance when my clothes weren’t ready, not too mention I can have my adjustments done as well! It’s a huge time saver for me.
I would recommend them to anyone!

I would give Parkway Cleaners a negative 4 stars, if possible! I just had a horrible customer service experience and want to warn Petaluma residents.
I brought in two coats on Monday and was told I could pick them up on Friday. When my husband went to pick them up, he was only given one coat although he paid for two. First, we were questioned as if we were given both. After returning to the store, they «found» the coat in the back and it had not been cleaned. It took over a half hour to be refunded for the uncleaned coat and — despite my request — the owner would not even apply a discount. I had to then take the uncleaned coat to another cleaner and now won’t have it over the weekend. Ughghg…
